This is probably my least favourite Sam's Club to visit, but I will stop here on my way home from work. Many of the employees here just don't care about their jobs. The Gas station attendant never does anything; members are constantly driving in the wrong way and have no clue what they are doing. The gas pump hoses are VERY long and will reach either side of your car... yet people will pull in and face you, so you have to back out. This is never an issue at any other Sam's Clubs I have ever visited. The Snellville gas attendant is always outside helping people and makes sure people are properly entering, but not at this location. [Mobile Checkout]: One thing I do like about Sam's Club is that you can scan everything through your mobile phone and automatically check out. This means you SKIP the lines, yet for some reason the majority of all shoppers here will stand in longlines to use the register for 20-30 minutes, ironically playing on their phones... [Food Court]: All food courts have removed their Kiosk machines. You must use their single cash register, or you can order items through the Sam's Club mobile app and pick up your items at the pickup area, which I highly recommend, so you do not have to stand in line. [Items Availability]: I have noticed this location does not carry many of the same items you will find at the Snellville or Duluth locations. I have no idea why, but items here are limited. I highly recommend always looking through produce, as they don't seem to pick through it, and you risk taking a rotten item. Prices: I have noticed that quite often, I will see an item that has a yellow tag on it, saying it is on sale. When I scan it with the mobile app, it lists the item at the regular price. The only negative thing about this place is the checkout. Unlike other Sams they do not have a self checkout section, and it makes it a little annoying when you have to go through the droves of people who are checking out, the people that are waiting in line to have their receipts checked to exit, and then tables for the food court all at one place. I'll start off positive, the store is neat and organized. My only issue with this store is the food court. The soda machine is OFTEN out of order, you have to constantly go up to the counter and ask for the condiments because clearly no one monitors it. The tables ARE ALWAYS DIRTY!!! The ice cream machine never works or they don't have berries for the sundaes. Whose ordering the supplies ? (GET IT FROM OFF THE FLOOR!!!) This location is close to home, but even with the gas prices currently, I'm willing to drive farther just to enjoy a decent food court after shopping. Sam's is an membership-only club warehouse chain selling a variety of bulk grocery items, electronics and home goods. This is my favorite Sam's Club and perhaps I am saying that because it is the nearest Club to me. The associates are super welcoming and friendly. They are understanding and always ready to step in and ask if you need any help. The store is organized and items placarded, which makes it easier to spot. I have been coming to this location for years now. They always have the items I need in stock as well as other items that I am interested in. They have a huge food selection and always have intriguing things to try. I usually do the self scan or scan as you go and usually don't have to wait in line very long. Plenty of free parking available. There gas prices are so cheap compare to other member clubs. I would highly recommend this store. read more

While Sam's is known for Shopping that accommodates Large families, villages, businesses and armies Of sorts.. But if you were to ask me I couldn't tell whether or not I was in a dental office Or a place where people receive food They happily eat.. Needless to say... No one was dancing On the thought of what they were about to eat Red flag number 1 2 boxes of cheese pizza later And good customer service I was back at home Ready to devote full attention to Sam's pizza Presentation wise. It was cheesy and neat looking Smell wise.. I too had no dance moves. And a few bites later.... Well,.... It was cheesy.. And the crust was pretty bland But the consistency was ok The tomato sauce was bland Lacking any sort of detection Of pizza being Italian Combined with the cheese... Well let us start with the negatives (of a 5-star review): this store feels older and more crowded than others we've visited. The lines to check out can be HORRID - I experienced that first-hand one time when my Scan-and-go did not work. Staff is not always on the ball. The clientele can be rude, fighting to get that first chicken off of the rotisserie (MAN, do they want the chix!) Oh and the gas pumps have short hoses that might not reach the other side, and the pumping could be painfully slow. However! Since this place is just a couple of miles from our daughter's place, it's location x 3! More importantly, we've gotten some excellent bargains here at this store, and at Sam's Club in general, compared to Costco. I got a $189 electric door-bell for $54. No, it was not at all well-organized: in fact, I bought this on my first day there, only to be told at the check-out that they didn't have any stock (Um, why then did you have all the cards on display for people to purchase it!?) Trusting my instinct, and hoping, and wishing, I went back the following day, was 'put on hold' by another staff member (not the one the day before), and was told that they DO have it. I was also able to see on display a water-proof blue tooth speaker, which I ordered, at half price. The moral of the story: Sam's can have some CRAZY deals (I also bought in November at my local club two bottles of 2018 Emblem Napa Cabs that retail for $50 at the winery for $7.31 each.) I tried the cheese pretzel I'm not a fan. It's a no for me! The cheese pizza and the beef hotdog combo is delicious! Super great deal and value! read more

I visited this location to get four tires installed. They were quick and efficient. However, when I got back into my car, my tire pressure light was on, and I assumed they hadn't changed the tires. I went back inside, and a guy came out to my car with a tire pressure checker to reassure me everything was done correctly. I left feeling like a total ass because I was being heady and not thinking straight. He kept his cool and remained very professional throughout. I'll definitely be returning again, this time with a clear head. read more

I regularly come for buy the rice. They have jasmine rice meanwhile view places not. And today I just realized that they have halal lamb and beef. I didn't see it anywhere else so far. Social distancing and masks are required if you haven't had your full vaccination. My husband and I are shooting for Memorial Day weekend, so we decided to purchase bulks. We're cooking ribs, chicken, steak, and hotdogs on the grill. Along with baked Mac and cheese, collard greens, sweet corn on the cob, baked beans and potato salad. Our family is coming over, so we had to make sure we have enough food, drinks and etc. Sam's always have great bargains, so we purchased what we needed, and will be back if we need anything else. read more

I cannot say do not go to Sam's because I go a couple of times a month. I will say you have to know what you are getting into before you go. It helps if you have the upgraded membership so you can have earlier hours for shopping but you still may have to wait in long lines. The lines at Sam's are utterly ridiculous. Regular check out and self check out all have their own issues but you can forget getting in and out on the weekends. Another thing to watch out for is the lack of products or complete aisles being blocked off. Pack your patience when you go because if the lines and lack of inventory do not upset you, the shoppers who leave their carts in the middle of the aisle will. Please have some shopper's etiquette in a bulk warehouse retail store. I will give kudos to the staff. They have always been nice and understand the urgency of moving the line as quickly as possible even if they have to be assertive in making line skippers get to the back of the line. read more

I have had no bad experiences here when it comes to shopping. So I won't rate that, however when it comes to the food. It is quite simply irritating that every time I come to this location that there are no pretzels available or it seems like the workers do not want to make them. Considering that I have worked numerous food service jobs, I can understand the frustration of not wanting to the harder tasks. However, if they are consistently not available, why not just take them off the menu to serve? It would eliminate people asking about them and the workers rolling their eyes about it when questioned. read more

By far the worst Sams that I've been to. I started coming here since this is the only one that has tobacco. I've never had an issue at any other Sams other than this one. Lines are ridiculous, staff is bad & none of them want to work. I come here every week cause I don't have another option right now. I joined Sam's club a few years ago and never looked back. I never go to the grocery store or Walmart anymore. Pros 1. Great prices. You really save a lot on vitamins, soap, food, paper goods, cleaning products etc. The membership pays for itself really quickly. 2. Membership cost - $45 annually but you can split it with someone and each get a card. Also, Groupon offers specials all the time. 3. Cheap gas prices - it varies from location to location but overall it's cheaper than the average gas station. 4. Payment methods - they accept all debit cards and many credit cards too now like Visa and AMEX. 5. BYOB - bring your own boxes. It's good for the environment. I keep a few in my trunk. 6. Navigation - there are signs that make it really easy find things like cereal, dairy products etc. 7. Variety - Vacuum cleaners, juicers, flashlights, towels, great gift items, TV's, you name it, they sell it. Cons 1. The lines can be long but it depends on when you go. Weekdays before 5pm are best. 2. The return policy is the pits! If you don't have a receipt, they have no way of looking up how much you paid. So they give you the lowest price within the last 30 days. Ex. I paid $11 for a pack of socks and they offered me $2. Save your receipt! 3. Limited selection of organic items. I am not a big fan of warehouse stores.. just don't understand buying stuff in super large quantities. But I love Sam's Club. Sam's offers family size quantities of household items at reasonable prices. This location is clean and well organized. Customer service is very good. Today I came specifically to get Ellis Jamaican Iced Tea, which I discovered via social media.. then found out my neighbor is the maker's aunt. Anyhow, I searched the whole store and couldn't find the tea. When checking out the cashier asked if I found everything I was looking for. I told her I couldn't find the iced tea. I was surprised that customer service was called and after a few minutes a bottle was brought to me. The staff told me it was the last bottle found in their storage refrigerator, but they were expecting more to be delivered in a few days. That's great customer service! I also love that they have an app that you can scan your items and pay without going on the lines. Just show your paid screen upon exiting. That's innovation! Store has plenty of parking, clean restrooms and an area where you can purchase food then sit and eat. A couple weeks ago, my office had a lunch for our staff and we ordered their Nathan's hotdogs... staff loved them. Overall I've typically enjoyed my visits to Sam's. Oh! Love this place! Got my membership initially as they have the best deals on tires. Groupon regularly has deals on membership also. Their tire service center is first come, first serve so i highly recommend getting their early. J like the variety of products that the club has to choose from and i like to come here to stock up on essentials. They also usually have the cheaper gas than other stations. read more

This used to be my fave Sam's club for online purchase/pickup, but since they did away with the kiosk for check-in, they have gotten extremely slow. You now have to go to Member Services and check in with a clerk, who will contact someone to bring the order. Believe me when I tell you this is no quick process......you will be waiting. And the first time I went through this, I got all the way to the car and realized I was missing some of my meat products, i.e. 1 pack of chicken thighs instead of 3. I had to go back inside (ice cream in car and all) and advise that I was missing a few items. This required another call by the Member Services person, and an even longer wait, because now, the one person pulling the orders, was assisting someone else. To top it off, there is nowhere to sit, if you have a bad knee, such as myself. At least when you checked out at the kiosk, you could sit in the food court waiting for the order. I suggest Sam's move in the same direction as Walmart online purchase/pickup, and just have you use the app to advise that you're on the way, pull up in a parking space and bring the order out. read more

Big box store! Renewed our membership today. Sam's has anything and everything you'd ever want, except for in packs of 30...LOL. Nice store, nice friendly young gentleman at customer service. Most items are a great value compared to local grocery stores. Self checkout too, to avoid waiting in long lines. Grabbed a hotdog and drink for $1.50, which is a great deal, except no mayo! Yes I'm weird! LOL! I like what I like! The lady behind the counter was nice enough, but she looked like she didn't want to be there. Definitely seating area and drink/condiment area needed a little cleaning. All in all, a good shopping trip. read more

I don't know why this Sam's club gets low ratings. I personally love this location for its proximity to the freeway, the ample parking available and the lack of crowd. The sundae that I always get on my way out is always huge, the price is much cheaper than that at Costco and the flavor of richer too at Sam's. One more thing, although Sam's club has way less variety than Costco, at least it has Philadelphia cream cheese, I can only get generic cream cheese at Costco read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR AUTO SERVICE!!!!! The service advisor Red (Redd) does not know how to mount tires for a luxury vehicle and could care less correcting to issue. I even had documentation from TWO auto shops (one from the dealership when they replaced my starter) told me they mounted my tires incorrectly and it was causing me to lose air every week (not caused by weather or nail/debris). And no, my tires are not cheap: I got four Goodyear all-weather tires for $600s. Every time I called them: busy tone (other departments answer their lines. Show up last Wednesday for an appointment for Saturday at 8:00am: I showed up and still didn't touch my car for an error they made (after waiting 3 hours for an scheduled appointment and I wasn't late). I have came to this location three separate times for parking spot pick up. All three times I have arrived on time and the orders are NEVER ready leaving me, and many others waiting for 15-20+ minutes while they get an order that should've been ready an hour ago. Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered online and was given a pick up window. 3 1/2 hours after the pick up window ended my order is still not ready. This is the second time this has happened. If you walk in here and need assistance don't hold your breath. They will leave you wandering around for help. There is always a lack of employees walking around to answer any questions you may have about products on the floor or products that you need employees to get for you. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like any store under the Walmart umbrella never has enough registers open or just move so slow that the lines continually have you waiting for at least 20 minutes just to check out. This Sam's Club is no different. As far as the selection they are very comparable to other bulk food providers such as Costco and BJ's. This Sam's Club is renovating. In addition is the only Sam's that I know with a self checkout. I've had a Sam's Club membership forever for almost two decades. Yeah, it's been that long so obviously they are doing something right. I mainly come to Sam's to buy dog food, laundry detergent, water, and frozen food. Do not attempt to buy tires here. The sales guy would only install high performance tires on a 2010 sonata. Why would I need sport tires on a family car? Oh they cost over $100 each. I was able to order the correct tires online but don't want to have them installed here. Will be going else where instead. As far as the rest of the store is concerned on multiple occasions overheard employees talk about is getting transferred to different locations in front of the customers because they dislike working here. I am not a huge fan of their produce selection in this Sam's Club, but their frozen food, rice choices, and seasonal items selections are always excellent. For example, they rotate between holiday selections, Garden/BBQ equipment, patio furniture etc. It's always great to find a steal there, and you can't beat their pricing for the Ice for coolers/ BBQs. It's like $2.50 for 25 lbs of ice. Great deal. The tire centre isn't bad either, and the guys there are efficient and very nice. They won't up-charge you for no reason, and try to make the customer happy in the end. This Sam's has a gas station as well which is helpful if you are a member. The best thing about Sam's Club is this-- from a Bride on a Budget: You can buy wholesale flowers in Bulk from Sam's Club online and it must have saved me THOUSANDS on my floral budget. I admit, I'm a floral snob and there was no way in heaven or hell that I was using artificial flowers for my centerpieces as some people tried to get me to do. I bot roses, lilies, orchids, filler, baby's breath and all the equipment I needed and did my own floral arrangements. My centerpieces were GORGEOUS, the ballroom smelled of heaven, and I was very very VERY satisfied. One more nota bene-- if you want your flowers to be Open and not closed (pre-bloomed) you have to order them several days before your wedding and have them sit out in room temperature so that they can open up and have the room smelling of lush garden. read more
