The agglomeration of hearty, quality, southern ingredients with extra pizzazz. 8 oz angus chuck patty topped with Swiss cheese, fried green tomatoes, onion rings, and fried shrimp smothered with house crawfish sauce on a toasted jalapeño potato roll.
