Upon arriving, I inquired about the availability of notary services. I needed to use the restroom to freshen up since I had a large package to discuss, but unfortunately, that request was denied. Customer service is lacking. I paid for a 1 year mail box at their other location and it closed down. I've yet to receive a refund. They also did not send out any emails or phone calls regarding their closure, and just told me they put notices in my mail box. The lady I spoke too was not empathetic about it at all. Costumer service is terrible. I've returned packages there before and have just ignored how uncaring the staff is until today. The lady didn't accept my package returns because "they do not acccept UPS packagaes" when there's a huge sign on their door claiming they do. The hubby & I went to get my certificate printed & before we left the nice lady caught what was cut off the bottom of my cards & between the both ladies fixed it fast! Then she said if I wanted to laminate it.. well yes! Didn't know they did that! Looks professional! We've been here many times before & the service has always been great! Very helpful in providing advice for best way to mail your packages. Despite being a bit busy, Colleen took the time to help me understand UPS and US mail services and even gave me some technical advice for future packages and printed out a mail tag for me. Just go to the post office or go to ups online and print out the shipping label yourself, as you will save time and lots of money. I attempted to have something sent to Canada and they couldn't figure it out. They also wanted to charge me 250$ to send a 3 pound package which I thought was insane. Anyways I ended up shipping a label online for 50$ and everything made it perfectly. read more

They gave me instructions, they spoke to the company I was shipping to and saved me some $$$ on returning the item to the company. Overall clean store, with great friendly staff. Due to the convenience and limited carrier options in Sanger, my sister and I had been using Sam's Mail Call to ship out Poshmark packages for about 5 months. However, they're notorious for attaching the wrong shipping labels to packages. Most recently, I shipped out an order that, come to find out, had been mislabeled. I wasn't even aware of that fact until the person who mistakenly received the package reached out. So I contacted Colleen (the main lady) at Sam's Mail Call and she said they would work everything out, to fix their mistake. To make a long story short, 2 weeks passed by, I still hadn't gotten the package back nor had the payment released to me. Colleen kept trying to run around the situation just because she didn't want to refund me the package's value of $25. (Keep in mind, this was the second time this had happened to us, therefore the second time she had to refund us.) After days of asking for a refund instead of her alternatives that had gotten us no where, my mom went in with me to demand a refund. Being 17 at the time, I was a minor, yet Colleen refused to "do business" with my mom present. She even came out from behind her desk and stood inches from my mother's face while yelling, though she had NEVER worn a mask throughout the entirety of COVID. Eventually she called in the owner, probably thinking he would back her, but as soon as he walked through the door he instructed her to give us a refund, no questions asked. It was a terrible experience. I've seen her act unprofessionally with other customers, but it had never occurred with me (aside from their first mistake of mislabeling a package which was handled a lot better than the second time). I've never left a bad review on any business, but it's been over a month since this event and I don't feel her actions are excusable or appropriate. read more

The workers are extremely rude, and extremely micro aggressive. The lady who helped me was super rude and extremely dismissive. I don't know the lady's name but she needs to take a class in customer service. She was an older lady with what looked like an awful spray tan. She was treating me differently than she treated the white man after me. I'm a woman of color by the way. I'm never going back here. On top of all of this none of the employees had masks on and there wasn't a bottle of hand sanitizer in sight. read more

I went in to get a price on luggage mailing. The lady was extremely rude. I had all the details on hand yet she intentionally tried making me feel like an idiot. I came here because Notary lady helped us and I saw it as a good 1 stop shop for my business needs. That's not going to happen! I hate to bash on a local business but in this case I feel it's fair.
