The owner of this location lacks basic human decency & integrity. She has brought shame to herself, her store & to her family's name. I was at The UPS Store sending back returns to Amazon and I recognized her (the owner of Pack & Ship) berating an employee who happened to be the son of the owner of the UPS Store - who recently passed away. Instead of being compassionate & understanding, despite being told of the recent passing of the owner - this employee's father, she was disrespectful beyond belief. I could not believe a person would act as she did after being told of the recent passing. A complete lack of compassion & empathy. In this life, you reap what you sow. What goes around, comes around. At this point, the only honorable thing for the owner of this location to do would be to apologize in person. I will never recommend this location to any of my family and friends. It pains me to even write this review but I refuse to sit around when people are acting as she did. Hopefully this public shaming will change her behavior, but after witnessing her actions, I feel like she will continue as is. Absolutely disgusting. Shameful. read more

Extremely Disappointed! After shipping over $1000.00 in items the Owner Argam showed his true colors over a $300 UPS CLAIM. UPS damaged an item which Argam had recommended that I insured. UPS denied the claim because the item was improperly packaged. Argam continued to tell me that he had not received a resolution from UPS, but UPS had reached a resolution! Argam did not want to tell me that UPS had determined that his improper packing was an associated factor in the damaging of my package. Argam, may karma repay you in more than 300 ways! read more

Terrible customer service. Dropped of a DHL international package 2/20/18. Tracking information never updated that DHL had the package in their possession. Called in 2/23 to find out why DHL never received the package. Was told repeatedly that it 100% shipped and to call DHL. DHL can do nothing as they have not received the package. Drive to this location 2/26 (I live an hour away otherwise I would have gone sooner) and again am told "DHL has it, call them". After explaining DHL can do nothing with a package they have not received they finally go in the back where my package is sitting there. Stop giving your customers grief and just do your job. If I have a receipt of drop off from you and a carrier shows no record of receiving it, go find out why. Stop passing the issue along. The fact that there was an issue (my package was refused by the driver with no explanation) doesn't excuse you from the attitude and needing to press the issue that there is more you need to do. Claiming that you called me 2/21 when the only number listed is the customer's in Italy (no, he did not get a call) does not fly either. read more

I arrived at 8:15 am on a Monday morning. No, it wasn't a holiday. I looked at the website to make sure they were open as I had several boxes that needed to be shipped for work. WOW!! I sell on-line and usually use USPS or Fedex directly, but this day my printer died. I got a quote for shipping from the USPS site and went in here to buy postage and ship package. Okay, I know everyone is in business to make money, but charging double on postage is not the right way. All they were doing is selling me postage. I had the package ready to go. Be aware people and try to use the USPS and FedEx counters first if you run into the same issue. read more

Once again, this place let me down But it will be the last time. I had a small UPS package to drop off on a Saturday, so I made sure & checked online to see if they were open. I got in my car & drove the 5+ miles only do discover that they were closed. There was a printed out sign on the door that stated they would be closed this today. It wouldn't have been so bad, but there was no drop box or slot available. My time & gas were both wasted. This was the last straw. After having been charged inflated UPS prices (double what UPS quoted me!), experiencing the rudeness of the older man who works there, and now this....I'm done with this place. read more

I went there with my wife to take my passport picture. As we walked in, we were greeted and helped . The gal was friendly, took pictures , and picked out the best one. She had done this before and helped us with the forms , got us the right envelope and sent it out for us. The Gal spoke Spanish , which my Wife liked and spoke about travel. they lost my package!! dropped off a package i was mailing to a customer from ebay, had the label printed, took the package there and it never made it's way to the post office. the lady at the counter never even talked to me, took the package, gave me a receipt, and continued chatting with her co worker. now i am out the money for the shipping, ebay seller fees, plus i have to return the entire amount to the seller because they never got their package. do not come here unless you don't want your mail delivered. read more
