SCAMMERS!!!!! Also, go by stampforcash.com or American Postage Company! I sent them 20,000 stamps, they confirmed they received them and stated they believed some where fakes. I will not disagree with that because I get from inmates and its almost impossible to tell if real or fake.... They told me I needed to provide shipping and they would mailed them all back. Sent me a Paypal invoice, I paid it immediately.... its not been 4 months later and I have nothing returned, tried contacting again multiple times with NO response. read more

They have lots of great services here however I did not receive any. The gentleman was on the phone the whole time I was in the store and not once did he acknowledge me. He kept his back to me the whole time. I found that to be very rude and bad customer service. I've been a mail box customer since 2022 and have not had any issues with this business. But around June of 2024 it was sold and has new owners. I can honestly say it has gotten even better...especially the longer hours (Monday through Saturday) and are open for 5 hours on Sundays. Seems to have more staffing so shorter or no wait time when picking up packages. read more

Absolutely terrible. Would do zero stars if possible. Completely messed up my DMV transaction, then sat on the documents to have it corrected for over a month. After several more weeks, I contacted DMV directly and they had no record of anything being sent in on my behalf. Had to handle it myself after almost 4 months and paying Mail Run's hefty fee of $55. I would have been fine paying the fee if they handled what I paid for. During this time, requested multiple times (both over the phone and in person) for a refund of the their fee and a call back from the owner- no calls, just the run around. I was always polite but firmans never yelled at anyone. Terrible business ethic- I would not use them for anything! read more

I went in to do a live scan. I've done this before at other locations and they usually let the customers look over what the employee inputs to make sure there are no typos or mistakes. My live scan is time sensitive or else my employment at my future job may be terminated. I asked the person (Patty I think. She had orange curly hair) if I could look it over just in case there were any typos and she got angry at me (or more annoyed?) and said it's too late and that they never let people look it over. She was kinda rude from the beginning as well. Overall I think it's unreasonable to prevent customers from double checking because it's our employment and future license that's on the line. I've done the live scan twice for two different licenses and I've always had the chance to look over the application. read more

Came in here for live scan fingerprinting yesterday and had such a fantastic experience. John helped me and he was exceptional - you can tell he really enjoys his job and genuinely loves helping people. With all the COVID stuff going around, Mail Run really makes sure things are clean - I felt very comfortable with the whole process. I came in with my paperwork and was immediately told to go into the restroom and wash my hands with soap and water. I then came out and watched John sanitize the fingerprinting station. The whole process was sanitary, which I truly appreciate. The rolling fee for LiveScan services are extremely fair at Mail Run ($20); Postal Annex in this same plaza also does LiveScan services, but charges a $25 rolling fee. read more

Incredibly rude behavior by Patti Rivera and another lady in the store on May 26, 2022. Probably both of them have never seen or interacted with a person from a different culture; I felt that their behavior was rude, condescending and culturally insensitive. Just stopped in to Mail Run for assistance with a somewhat tricky, expired motorcycle registration (due to an address change) and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and precise. Not only is this an adorable store with cute cards, candles, gift wrap, etc...but amazingly efficient with DMV stuff! So thankful we found them! I was in a hurry to send out a package via USPS and found that Mail Run was open until 6PM. This was my first experience at this business and I must say I was very happy I received a warm welcome by Beatrice at the front desk. She was very helpful, attentive, and speedy! I needed to drop off a bubble mailing envelope. The counter person informed me the cost would be $8.70. When I questioned the amount and asked for clarification that the charge was correct for first class mail, I was assured that it was. When I returned home and investigated further the envelope should have mailed for no more than $4.00. This company chose to classify this envelope as a package & ship at a higher rate. This was incorrect and mail fraud. Confronted with this information they offered to pull the envelope and refund my money. I took them up on the offer. I will never use this store again! read more

John made it right and refunded our money, so we recommend this business.- original post- I don't know whether to blame this business or not... But I asked to have something overnighted. The girl up front said they had one to two day delivery. I asked again, no overnight? She said no, but many times it will be delivered the next day. This was approx 915 AM the day before yesterday. It's now 4:43 pm and still not delivered. Way over 48 hours. I just wish the girl would have recommended FedEx or UPS. Instead of needing my business, charging me $40 (for a KEY!) and it not be delivered on time. I got an email it shipped at 430 pm that day. I took it in at 9am for a reason. If someone asks for overnight, it's obviously pretty important. And unacceptable that it's been well over 48 hours and still "in transit". I was niave and I just wish she would have directed me elsewhere that actually does overnight. Now we are in a situation where we might be having to change major plans. Unfortunate and I will not use usps anymore. Private companies like UPS or FedEx are obviously the way to go. *update-I spoke with John, and he apologized profusely.
