If I could, I would give a zero star review or better yet a -5 star review, considering I no longer have a drivable vehicle after taking my car to their shop. I took it there to get a transmission hose fixed because I had a leak. I had it towed there, so that way I would not mess up my transmission. I asked them two times if they put enough transmission fluid into my truck and filled it up completely. The man at the front desk proceeded to tell me yes twice not even 24 hours later I got into my truck and it was running funny I checked the dipstick of my transmission fluid and it was completely dry. I called the place back up and the guy basically told me that I was lying and They filled it up completely. Which I argued and said I have no reason to lie and he didn't do his job so he sent me his personal cell phone number. I sent him pictures of the dry dipstick and he sent his mechanic out to fill it up. His mechanic stated out loud that there was absolutely no transmission fluid in my truck. I drove it the next day and my truck completely stopped running. I took it to another shop and they told me because I drove it and they did not put transmission fluid into my engine that my transmission got messed up. Then when I proceeded to call back Sam's company back, he told me sorry not my fault not my problem. So I would absolutely never go here or recommend anybody to this place again I am out of vehicle. Bought new tires and had a 60 k warranty. Less than 30k on tires and they are ruined. They blamed it on alignment but had alignment less than 8k. Very dissatisfied with them and they seem to be shysters. Don't give them your business. They argued with my husband who has been a mechanic for 25 yrs. read more

Please don't risk your life with these people. Long story short after an alignment that had to be redone twice at this place and not done well. (Btw my SUV doesn't only veer to the left now or veers to the right. Will be taking to a dealership) I lost control of my suv driving 45mph. SAD THING is my gut told me something was wrong after I left SAMS. I even asked them "please don't endanger me and my 10 year olds lives" I knew something was wrong. But you spent money, trust and hope for the best. This will be my go to spot for tires from now on. The guy working was on it as soon as I pulled up. Had my tire replaced and back on the road in maybe 10 minutes. I overheard a woman say that she had just spent her last few dollars and then realized she needed a tire aired up so he pulled out the air hose and filled all 4 tires up for free. Disgusted with how these people run their business. Charged me double what an alignment costs and messed up my steering in the process. They have no idea what they are doing and put mine and my 2 babies' lives at risk when they put me in an unsafe vehicle that would not turn to the left ....with NO WARNING! They refused to acknowledge that they had messed it up and refused to give me my money back. Hostile people, treated me like the dirt they walk on. My car had both back brakes replaced. My brakes on the back needed brake pads today. It was 6 weeks ago when it supposedly was fixed. I will not go back or recommend Sam at all. read more
