Needless to say, I have had to spend several $ on rental vehicles. My investigation has revealed that the actual owner is the only mechanic and no one else even works there. He currently has approximately 20 vehicles that he is working on, which partially explains why he isn't working on mine. If I had known this before, I would never have taken my vehicle to this place to start with. As I become more familiar with the quality of this operation, I wonder how he is still in business. I only hope this will keep some other uninformed person like me from getting involved with this horrible business in the future. The staff was friendly and didn't try to up charge me or sell me anything that was not needed. It's a drive-through, so I did not have to get out of my car and wait. I was in and out in 10 minutes on a Saturday! Overall, this was the most enjoyable oil change experience I've ever had, and I paid half of what I normally pay at Valvoline. I will for sure be coming back for my next oil change!
