I told them to put the battery back in because I could go somewhere else with better rates for the same job, I was then told that would be counterproductive since they were already charging me labor for them checking my lowbeam. So, for a left headlight harness change I was charged over $300 dollars. As a woman I feel fully taken advantage of. I was told they would call me with an estimate before they did anything, unknowingly, did not know the charge of Labor clock was already ticking.
