They changed parts that did not need to be changed because they could not diagnose simple problems. I am by no means a mechanic and I found a simple frayed wire after they replaced $500 in parts. The mechanics learned on the job, no training whatsoever. They are cheaper then most places but in this case it more than "you get what you pay for", you will not get a proper repair and this is having used them for a few years (I shamefully thought I could save a few dollars). I had tires mounted and they couldn't even get the valves right, 3 of 4 are leaking air. They have been sued a few times by the town for improper disposal, but that is neither here nor there. I don't write reviews often but I felt the need to warn the public.

This inconsistency between the initial quote and the final charge was very disappointing especially when I was referred to this shop by a friend who is also their customer. As a customer, I value transparency and accountability, and I believe businesses should honor their stated pricing and commitments. I called him directly and called him out on what he did. When my son picked up the car and paid for the invoice, he decided to take $25 off the invoice. What a nice guy? LoL!
