When I arrived the man at the counter was super nice, he had my car assessed right away, and informed me they would have my car ready that same day. Absolutely amazing! I was only planning to be in Hickory overnight so I opted to leave my car overnight for pickup Sunday morning. They called me Saturday evening to let me know all was good and my car was ready. I picked my car up Sunday morning and there was a different guy at the counter. He was super nice and even showed me the bent pulley that caused my serpentine belt to remove itself.
