At no point in time have I ever felt judged or pushed beyond my comfort, but have always felt supported to talk through and dig deep into the topics/issues at hand. I always feel safe to express myself freely, and find that I leave with a more positive outlook, feeling "lighter" than when I arrived. I really appreciate that I am often referred to additional readings or other supplemental resources to help "continue the work" on my own time and between sessions. I would definitely recommend.

As a PROFESSIONAL hypnotherapist it is absolutely unconscionable and downright wrong for anyone seeking emotional (or any type) of healing to be abused. On behalf of all mental health professionals I apologise for all those who don't adhere to the professional practices expected. She completely lacked any empathy, she discounted my traumatic memories and said I was "one of those sensitive people". She has no idea how to talk to people in distress, anyone who does this should be trained in psychology or another professional disciplining. Her ridiculous "certifications" plastered all over her wall don't count. I believe in hypnotherapy and have met respectable ones since Grace. It's people like her that give it a bad name, as she is clearly not in it to help people, but to make money, Or maybe she just likes the power she gets from it. I'd actually been warned about such frauds in this area but chose to ignore the warning. At one point during "hypnosis" when I said that my father had died, she said "oh yes now I see", as if she'd known all along, as if she was clairvoyant. She then asked if I'd like to ask him to be my spirit guide....I've done Youtube self hypnosis since and it's been immensely successful and helpful. Just like everyone else stated, she blamed everything on me and the whole thing just seemed so illegitimate and foolish. But I was in such a vulnerable and unstable place that I completed the program and I really did believe I was the reason it didn't work. Reading all of these comments gives me so much comfort that it wasn't all my fault and that I was taken advantage of. I really was in such poor mental health at the time, it's a wonder her "treatment" didn't have any more serious consequences, considering how unstable I was. I was on a ledge and the slightest thing could have pushed me over. I hope others read all of these reviews before deciding to be fooled by her. I wouldn't want a vulnerable person to be sucked in, and have more problems added to the ones we're supposed to be getting treatment for.....I also hope she reads these reviews and knows that we're all smarter than that and know it wasn't us in the wrong, it was her.
