They will work with your seat until you are satisfied no matter how many times it takes to get it how you want it. On the first bike, I had them scoop out the seat to give me a little bit of a back rest (as there is no after market back rests available for that model). On the second bike, I had them narrow the front part of the seat so I could reach the ground better. In both cases, after the work was done, the seat was put back together in such a way that a casual observer would never know work was done on it. In addition to adjusting factory installed seats, they can insert gel in the seat to give greater comfort, but I do not have personal experience with that service. They also do sheep skin seat covers and a variety of other custom seat work. They are true artists. The shop has all kinds of leather apparel, leather motorcycle luggage, leather gloves and much more. I would highly recommend these fine folks. In this day and age where Customer Service is almost an extinct animal, they treat their customers right!

The sales manager wouldn't meet us in the middle, and even a final attempt to close the deal over $50 bucks was denied. My stepson will probably still purchased the bike, but the and lack of customer-focused service definitely took away from what should have been an exciting experience. Yes they initially were competitive but not the cheapest and we drove almost an hour to see what they had to offer. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, motorcycle or recreational vehicle before heading to this location I would recommend not expecting any negotiation to make a sale. I felt like a dollar sign and not a valued person. Wish I saved money by not wasting my time.

It is a huge multi-room, multi-level antique mall full of all types of items. It has antique decorations, furniture, weapons, and other sundry items for a great price. I got an old comic book for myself, and a precious moments figurine for mom. I also bought the rocking chair. All it needed was a little bit of love. I took it home, bought some wood oil to use on the chair and it looked perfect afterwards. My mom loved the gift and uses it whenever her back is really bad. I am so glad I stumbled upon this antique mall. Next time I am in Decatur, I will see if I can discover some other great finds!
