Unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. After hours of negotiating, the dealership only moved slightly on price, and there was very little effort to make us feel valued as customers, especially when making a large all-cash purchase on a brand-new 2025 bike. The sales manager wouldn't meet us in the middle, and even a final attempt to close the deal over $50 bucks  was denied.   My stepson will probably still purchased the bike, but the and lack of customer-focused service definitely took away from what should have been an exciting experience. Yes they initially were competitive but not the cheapest and we drove almost an hour to see what they had to offer.  If you're in the market for a new vehicle, motorcycle or recreational vehicle before heading to this location I would recommend not expecting any negotiation to make a sale. I felt like a dollar sign and not a valued person. Wish I saved money by not wasting my time.
