But I don't recommend it unless you are too old to ride anything bigger, have deep pockets, and have the time and experience to work on it. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) gives the company its lowest rating of F for failure to address complaints about mechanical and warranty issues.

I toured the shop, learned some history, and then someone gave me a set of keys and said "please don't break it." I rode for an hour or so, but was sold before I ever got on it, to be truthful. I started a build sheet. For whatever reason, I didn't put down my deposit for nine months, but 6 weeks after that, I was riding my own Halcyon. And on my very first ride, people were asking about the bike IN TRAFFIC! While we were moving! Introverts need not apply, as everyone wants to take a look and have a chat. I'm trying to get an update on the status of my dual fishtail exhaust system which I purchased for my 2016 FLSTC 103 (Heritage Softtail Classic). This exhaust system was ordered and paid in full back in August of 2024. I was told at that time that these systems were made to order and the wait time was approximately 8-9 weeks which I accepted. It's now been roughly 6 months and I still don't have my exhaust. I've made multiple attempts over the course of this past week to contact Mark to no avail. I have been in touch with Mark over the past months after the initial 8 week period and each time I was told we were waiting on parts or waiting on the chrome shop. The last I spoke with Mark I was told to the best of my recollection that we were just waiting on the last parts which I believe he said were the head pipes and that it would be another 5+ weeks, which again have come and gone.
