Life Saver! I had an issue with my phone and took it to the Samsung Store. First time going into this store for service, or even buy. I was a "walk-in", no appointment, and I was told it would be an hour (which was accurate). After that two techs helps to fix my phone (Vince and Bryant). Both were very professional and helpful! I was told it would be approximately an hour to perform the service, they run diagnostics before and after. I have had Samsung phones for many years and very pleased with their products. I have always just bought them through Verizon. Not any more, I am only going to buy through the Samsung Store. Their stores are just like the Apple stores with very knowledgeable staff and well trained staff. Thank you! read more

Visited the store to buy a Galaxy 9 Watch. Staff was pleasant and assured if we had questions many times. However, was disappointed how little they one about their product. Each question I had they had to search for answer on their mobile device, including the price of a waistband. Last guy we dealt with ended up being very rude and short with us. We ended up walking out at the register when he tried to sell us an LTE watch after we asked for a Bluetooth one from another guy who brought our product. He snapped at me and said "I told you we only had LTE in that style". Which he did, but we asked someone else after forgetting that asking for Bluetooth and that person said he would get us one. We are now doing our own research online to answer questions and will purchase on Amazon. read more

My friend and I came in the other day because he needed to get his camera lense replaced. We had an appointment for 11am, and was helped right away when we entered. This is a newer store, so it was very updated and well-maintained. The workers here are pretty friendly, and there were a lot of Samsung products on display. The entire process took about two hours. They're located inside of the Cerritos mall, right next to the Garage clothing store. We went on a weekday noontime so it wasn't very busy, which made the experience a lot more pleasant. read more

I switched from iPhone to Samsung. I upgraded to the Samsung phone. Then I decide to buy the watch online and pick it up at the store in Cerritos. After about 3 hours, got of work and figured going to stop by and see if I can pick it up. Online still shows not ready for pick up. But, I ordered here because it's close to work and I want to get home and play with the watch and set it up. I walk into the store. I explain to two different sales person that are just standing there because they have no customers. One tells me that it's not ready and walks away. The second employee looks at my order and tells me that I can cancel the online order, pay for a different trasactio and get the watch right away. Then he explains they are getting some kind of pokemon orders ready and the watch orders are last. Bad customer experience. I have done this kind of transactions at Apple stores and had never had a problem. At this point I'm wondering if I should just cancel the order completely and samey money. 4 employees just standing there and no one can speed up the process. Wow!!!! Samsung has been my go-to brand since since Sony Playstation 1. From phone, tablet, laptop and even television. It's a win all-around. The aspect and features delivered an amazing stuff. I'm currently using Samsung S23 Ultra 5G, and I love it. The display and function are superb. I want to say thank you to Desmond, very polite and courteous. He helps answer questions and explain his view in the business and what to expect. I appreciate him and Samsung for this location serving LA County and OC County. So convenient. What we see today is a sneak peak. Full retail and repair shop coming in Feb 2024. I am looking forward to seeing the goodies. I'm looking forward to the next Samsung phone coming out soon. But for now, my Samsung S23 will do. I have many compliments on my phone, how it feels and displays, and the function. I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. Their parking lot is spacious and easy access. There's restroom throughout the mall for your convenience. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Purchased a Samsung bespoke fridge and it was delivered to our home on nov 2022 . We have taken care of this fridge as it was gold since it's expensive $2400 but it was not worth the money . July 20 ,2026 we began to notice that it stopped making ice which was weird and we assumed it had to do with it freezing in the back or something truth we didn't pay attention to it . We woke up on Monday July 20 2026 with EVERYTHING in the fridge had thawed out and food the fridge was all warm . It was really upsetting because I had stored quite a few oz of breast milk for my baby which all had to be dumped . After emptying everything out and leaving it off to unfreeze I called Samsung to open my ticket for them to come and look at it . Ticket was open and I assumed everything would be okay , I was completely wrong . By Tuesday (21)I had not received an email/text with my ticket number which they said I would receive so I decided to call, good thing . In an attempt to make this very long story short Samsung had not open my ticket the first time , second time opened it incorrectly , third time attached it to another individual and after many calls the 4th time they got it right . From there the first repair person didn't show up I had to call AGAIN they assigned a new tech but story didn't tell me it would take 2 business days for them to reach out . FINALLY they showed up (7/30) and stated that it was a sealant issue which was covered by Samsung warranty, he was able to get the top of the fridge to work and stated he would come back August 4 to FIX the fridge it was okay to put food items in the top my mistake was listening to him . Tech shows up August 4 I assumed to fix it only for him to tell us this is a well known issue on these fridges that Samsung is fully aware . After performing a stress test he told me I was unable to use my fridge again , 2 time I had to toss things out . Today I called Samsung (8/5) they said I have to wait more 3-5 business days . Keep in mind that I have a baby , have to pump and dump my milk because I don't have a safe place to store it , Samsung messed up several times in the process of opening my ticket delaying the process , first tech didn't show up delaying the process , moved my case to a different tech without informing me it would take another 2 business days which delayed the process , second tech shows up stated he would be back to repair but when he does he says never mind it's under warranty delaying the process yet again . Per Samsung I have to wait , zero ownership for their products when vendors don't show up they tell me to call them instead of taking ownership or they just continue to transfer over and over again I have spend at least 5-6 hours on hold with them and yes I have screenshots to prove this . DONT buy this fridge it nice to look at but it doesn't work . Also if you can get the warranty Samsung won't backup their products. I'm posting this everywhere as I'm in my 1.5 hr hold still trying to resolve this by the way we had also purchased a washer/dryer end of 2024 only to have the washer completely mess up in 9 months . Samsung gas ranges are junk. The circuit board stopped working after 2 years! I called Samsung and the first representative told me that if I had a professional appliance repair service confirm the board was bad they would send a new one for free (cover parts but not labor). I did that and called Samsung and now they claim they don't replace parts! read more

Schedule an appointment waited for an hour past my appointment time, to have them tell me oh we didn't know you were waiting. Finally saw a technician only for them to tell me that all the test results came back fine, and even if they didn't come back fine they still don't have a battery for my phone. So why did I wait for them to tell me they can't even fix it if it had a repairable problem. Was also told to eliminate some apps and changed my usage, but didn't offer to help figure out the issue. Basically said it's a user issue. However, nothing as far as usage has changed since getting the phone.. explained to the technician that the battery drainage happened overnight. Phone is six months old and they won't fix my phone or replace it even though it's covered under a one year warranty plan. So if you plan on going for an appointment plan on staying and spending a good portion of your day to get nothing resolved. read more

My review is in regard to a foldable display i had replaced on my fold 5. Needed replacement because of my poor care. the display has proved to be very durable after about 2.5 years. The repair was done by Bryant who i met when he completed the repair. He did an excellent job the phone looks like new and I so happy to have a new display. cost 59.56 with taxes worth every penny to me. Repair was scheduled to be 4 hours it did take longer but as a technician myself I prefer not pressure techs at their craft and let them take their time. I anticipated some delay and for me same day turn around is awesome. Now the store itself is laid out effectively and all devices displayed allow you access to test them out. I did not feel pressure to buy anything, and everyone was able to answer technical questions I had about tablets. I also found out Samsung makes a laptop with Windows OS that syncs all your Samsung's phone apps. Very interested in this! read more
