When he gave me back the phone there was a small black dot of pixels that were not noticeable at first. About a week later three streaks of light appeared on my phone and the black dot grew significantly. He is supposed to have a warranty for his service according to Spectrum so I took it back to him to fix the issue. He did not honor the warranty and basically said too bad just deal with it or pay out of pocket for the repair. Do not trust this guy. I went there on a referral from T-Mobile to get a cracked screen replaced through Assurant. From pics here I guess the guy that took the phone was this Brian character. The phone was working fine except the touch feature was acting up. All my apps and data were fine. He said 45 minutes so I went to the grocery store. I came back at the time allotted and he showed me a black screen and said my phone was crashed and needed a complete software upload and it would take a half day, Having some cold goods in the grocery bags, I drove home all the way across town to put things away. I had no phone, so I went back 5 hours later. Nothing had been done so I said just give me my phone. The screen was blank except for a small notice to contact Apple Support. I went then to the T-Mobile store near me to see what and why. The phone booted up. Wow, great. Except I still had a cracked screen and more than that, CPR DELELTED EVERYTHING I HAD ON MY PHONE. 5 years worth. To those that say this guy is shady or whatever, I can't add enough bad taste over what he did to me. And the thing is, after I knew he hadn't fixed it he was back in the back room for well over 5 minutes with my phone when all he had to do was give me my phone back. Nope, he got the last word and screwed me over in the worst way. The email when making the appt does say to back up your phone. I've had screens replaced before and no changes. He did this. If I were you, I'd be careful with this guy. Someone else said they had proof he stole info off their phone. Fortunately I don't do CC's or banking on my phone. I wonder if he is bonded. It's either, pay $90ish and wait a few days for an entirely new phone replacement through insurance, or $30 and get the screen replaced at CPR. So I went back 10 minutes later and waited 45 minutes. And it still wasn't fully closed. And a few minutes later it just completely popped off. I wish I could leave 0 stars I usually don't like to be negative but if you have an iPhone you're better off going to the Apple Store to fix it... this man fixed my screen for $150 and the new screen was defective and turned black after 2 days and started overheating my phone it almost permanently damaged my phone he switched the screen for free but wouldn't replace the screen protector I bought elsewhere so he peeled it off the defective screen and put it on my new one and it's full of bubbles instead of replacing and reimbursing me for it.. I needed to get a cellphone screen repaired through insurance, and when I called the store, they advised me to make an appointment. I set my appointment and issue and phone COLOR on the survey. The appointment was set two weeks out, I come today for my appointment two weeks later and they don't have parts even though I filled out their survey and they know what was needed, wanted me to drive back tomorrow or leave phone. I wish I got the mans name but when we first arrive he greeted us with a kind smile and giggle! I'll come back this week just to see if I can get his name because he deserves it. We came in for a diagnostic of our iphone because parts were black but he knew the problem right away without one and instead just charged us $135 to replace the front screen. He said he could get it done in 15 minutes so this job was done swiftly and efficiently in my opinion. We're pleased with the great customer service and the job well done! My only concern is that the colors seem a bit tinted than the original screen in a way, but I know he himself did a good job so it's not his fault. Is this normal? Called in and asked if I can take my phone for a repair and asked how long it usually takes for a screen replacement. He replied with about 1 hr. I said okay great. I'll drop it off today and pick it up later on. I proceeded to give them a heads up that I made the claim through Assurant. He replied oh they may be a small issue with Assurant, give me a sec and put me on hold. Once the rep got back to me, he proceed to say "I just spoke to my technician and he said that our calibration machine is broken. If there is another location on that list you should go to that one" To myself I thought huh that's strange. I told him okay and hung up. That did not sit right with me so I had another call and ask for a quote and if they can do it same day as a walk in, So he called and told them the same phone as I have, cracked screen, everything is working just has a cracked screen and needs to be replaced, Without the mention of Assurant. They proceeded to let him know that they can take him in without a problem and would get done the same day for $99. Funny how when you have a gut feeling with something not feeling right it usually is true. Managed to break my phone while it was in my purse by my keys digging into the screen. Was worried that it might not be fixable since the hole was so deep but CPR took one look at it and said it wasn't an issue. Had my phone fixed in 1 hour and now it looks brand new. I have evidence it was them and I have filed a police report. The manager dismissed my concerns and to boot my phone was never repaired. I took my iPhone 11 Pro in to replace the back and front glass which were completely shattered. I checked on the company website and verified that they are a certified Apple repair. I dropped it off around 3, picked it up when they closed at 7. Overall, the repair was done well and the gentleman working was nice and gave me good service. My issue is that I paid an extra $50 for the better LCD screen. Ups on receiving my phone, the screen has a blueish hue and I keep getting a notification in my settings telling me "unable to verify phone has genuine apple display". And now my face recognition does not work. The worst part for me is that the back glass replacement is not glass at all and is definitely not a real apple part. It no longer has the Apple logo. I chose this place because I wanted my phone fixed to exactly what it was, and seeing that it's a certified Apple dealer, I assumed I would get my phone back to its original quality. read more

The issues came when over the course of 3 visits, phrases like "lifetime guarantee" turn into "take a chance" and "it's up to you" all according to when I started to question why my phone had the same issue during all 3 visits. NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE! I was sent here by my cell phone company Assurant Insurance for screen repair. When I dropped off the device I was asked for the cell #, name and to come back in a hour 1/2. I came back the next day and guess what MY PHONE WAS GIVEN TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER A HOUR BEFORE I ARRIVED! The man tried to give me someone else phone until I let him know that was the wrong phone. He told me to wait until the other customer brought back my phone. After 5 hours of waiting and no phone I contacted my cell phone company & spoke with a supervisor as well as Assurant because at this point my phone was given to someone else and lost and they needed to know what happened. A couple hours later I got a call from this shop telling me my phone made it back. SMH. When I came to pick up the phone I was asked for my phone password and iCloud ID password which is definitely not ok. The employee told me if I didn't give him the ICloud ID password he would cancel my claim. My cell company supervisor is calling me to follow up with this incident and best believe I will let her know about this. Not professional at all. I wish I looked at the reviews previous to mine because it looks like this is a pattern. I'm pretty sure him demanding a iCloud password or threatening to cancel my insurance claim is a FCC violation, I will look into that further. read more

Would not call me with updates but every time I showed up after him having the phone all day, there was always a new problem. 2 days and $550 later. So I have an LG A53 that had some kind of glitch in the screen where when I tried to swipe or tap on the screen it wasn't acting right and was probebly the most annoying thing I ever had to deal with. I had to get a new phone after visiting this place. I came to get my charging port fixed and didn't have my phone for two days because they were fixing my phone. Even though I left my partners number for them to call me I didn't get any updates until one employee called and asked me how to get rid of a filter I've set which he thought was a mess up on his part so he decided to do a software update to try to fix it without telling me. Turns out my phone couldn't handle the update so I had to factory reset the phone but even then my phone kept restarting to the point where I couldn't even use it. When I went to address it to the owner and employee, the owner said he was "too busy" to help and just went to the back to avoid the issue. The employee who worked on my phone apologized and offered to help pay for a new phone. Obviously I had no choice but to get a new phone but all I got was a refund for the service and the employee never responded back any of my messages. All this to say please avoid this place, it was the most frustrating experience that could've been avoided if they had simple communication skills. read more
