I've been seeing Dr. Salguero for 10 years or so. I see these older reviews and can understand…read moretheir frustration. Dr. Salguero, from the very first time I saw him, listens to me and doesn't have a predetermined diagnosis. I have to take all my pain medicine with me to each visit for them to count. It's the law and they follow it. It's a hassle for those that need the pain medication. So if you're looking for that doctor that will let you abuse the system go somewhere else. But if you want to go to a doctor who listens and wants to help you get your pain under control go see Dr. Salguero. Pain medicine is only part of his practice. He also performs procedures from steroid injections to nerve blocks.

He got me upright and stable to carry on my career and I trusted him with my life and happiness without ever a slightest trace of doubt. I was unable to walk to the bathroom when I started. On welfare and a single parent. Because of him and his team, I retired after buying property, putting my girls through college and travelling the world. Retirement allowed me to stop pain management, but he's the only one I would recommend my loved ones to. Pain Management works. And it can end you, if you do not have someone that has their act together, focused, engaged and getting it just right.

Dr. Caflin is a jerk he shouldn't be a doctor his bedside manner is horrible my mom is a patient…read morehere she's been in pain management for over 20 years when he took over her care he took away almost everything she was on that helped her pain and if she says anything he threatened to take away the little that she does still get it's ridiculous, on top of that she just broke her leg had to have emergency surgery and he's demanding she comes in a for a count because the hospital sent her home with better pain controlling meds that he refuses to do for her, he treats my mom like she's a drug addict and is making her suffer and she's so scared to say anything to him because of the threats he's made about taking away the little amount of pain meds he gives her, go somewhere else, I live in wyoming and I myself am in pain management and the way he treats her just floors me, my pain doctor works with me and listens to me she would never put me in fear of talking to her and any good doctor wouldn't make their patient feel that way, I'm driving down to Oklahoma as fast I can get there and I will be getting her into a different office and consulting a attorney about suing for malpractice because that's what this is, he even went a step further saying when he sends her records to a different pain office he will put in it that she's drug seeking just because she wants a doctor that will listen to her and actually treat her pain because he won't if that's not malpractice I don't know what is. Nobody should be treated like this by their doctor the one person who is supposed to be there to help them.
