Always take it to his residence. I use a hybrid string setup (RPM blast and natural gut) and when I have it done by someone good my strings rarely break but bad stringers I will always get a broken string. Paul's stringing hasn't broken on me until well after the lifespan of the strings has passed (like a year later which is way past when I should have had it restrung with new strings anyway since my setup loses effectiveness naturally after a month or so). Racket always plays great and he is very knowledgeable if you have any questions. So happy he is available to do this. Pricing is reasonable too. 5 stars!

You can rent equipment from the pro shop, or bring your own. Everyone working in the pro shop was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that they sold ice cold bottles of water there for just $1, since for some reason we failed to bring our own water (and it was a hot day!) They offer tennis lessons for all ages and skills, but we were just there to hit the ball around and have fun. You can call to reserve a court, but we just showed up on a Saturday afternoon with no reservation and they were able to give us a court. If you're looking for a great place to play tennis, look no further!

I went to Banner House expecting a relaxing afternoon--lunch and some time by the pool. What I…read moredidn't expect was an absolute lack of security at what's supposed to be a private and exclusive club. Five cars were broken into in broad daylight, over the course of just 2 hours. My own car sustained over $12,000 in damage--and that's not even counting the stolen items. Was the club helpful? No. Did they call the police or have them respond? Also no. Banner House advertises private security. So where was it? Instead, we had teenage kids walking around freely while an apparent criminal loitered in the parking lot. It felt unsafe and completely mismanaged. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you're planning to visit to play pickleball or relax by the pool, just know it might end up costing you the price of a rental car, stolen property, a huge deductible, 2 days off work and your peace of mind. With what happened, you have to ask: Is this place really worth a $20,000-a-day price tag?

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES - they don't give refunds - once they have your money, it's gone…read more When I was unable to get the pro I requested on a vacation, they would not return my payment, even though no lessons were ever even scheduled and I requested a refund within 24 hours. The CEO, Scott Baxter claims there is a disclosure on the site that warns of no refunds but he's lying - there isn't. And even if there was, they call you to get your credit card number so unless you happen to be their web site when they call, you wouldn't be aware of a "no refund" policy anyway. They don't disclose that over the phone. DECEPTIVE. DISHONEST. UNETHICAL. BUYER BEWARE.
