Great place to play Pickleball. I didn't pay for the 1.5 hours but I believe it was less than $15. The facility is really clean with an ice machine, water fountain, and snacks for purchase. The indoor restrooms are clean so that's always a plus. Note that the courts barely have breathing room so try to play well and keep your balls in your court. Haha. Good luck with that! We were there on a Sunday night and it was packed! Make sure to reserve your courts. read more

I've been going to Highpoint for years. Everyone (Leslie, Shauna, coach Kriszta, Judy, Mark, Steve, Larry, etc. literally everyone!) has been super nice and friendly. That is except for Debbie at the front desk who is the most condescending and disrespectful person that I have ever met in my life. She seems to pick on Asians almost exclusively (see 1-star reviews on google), scolding them for the slightest "policy" violations, most of which she made up by herself (I've seen her kicking a mom off of the court while her daughter is practicing alone) and lying about court availability. She is the meanest too. She turns off court lights two minutes past 9pm court time while kids are still gathering their stuff to leave, leaving everyone in the pitch dark. Almost all my tennis buddies hate her, and most of them happen to be Asian. Kevin/Ken, you obviously read these comments. You can almost see her grumpy face jumping out in some of the worst reviews that span years! Can you please do something? I seriously distress every time I see her in the lobby sitting there with her fighting attitude. I pay my taxes and fees and I'm here at HP to play tennis, not to get picked on or to start a fight. How many more complaints do you need (do you need signatures?) in order for you guys to take some action? read more

My daughter and I took several tennis classes and play regularly here. The coaches are very professional and classes are well organized. The courts are clean and the price is very good too. I'm so glad that Plano has such a nice place to learn and play tennis. Highly recommend! read more

The courts are clean and $3 per person is a fair price. I just hope some of the tennis courts have a barrier in the middle, that way balls won't get over to the court next door. Overall a good place to play tennis, very happy to have a tennis facility in Plano :) read more

Came here so that our daughter could get some practice in before meeting with the coach at UTD. We asked for a court, a machine and a bucket of balls. The man working the counter started to look over the schedule and asked if she was just looking for a wall, to which we replied yes. He told us to go to x court and move the net out of the way, and that she could use the wall. He then informed us that there was no court charge! He definitely did not have to do what he did, and we are thankful that he did! read more

This is a vibrant, bustling Tennis Center with programs for all levels of players. If I lived more nearby, there is no question I would consider this my "home" court. They do quite a few things you won't find at other courts, ranging from Adult Novice lessons to staying open until 10:30pm some times of the year. The courts are well-maintained with no cracks, nets in good shape, and each court has a scoring tower. They have plenty of hard courts, a few courts with backboards, and smaller half-courts for pickleball and children's lessons. I like that their direct phone line has a dedicated weather recording. The pro shop is incredible with everything you need including grips, strings, rackets, clothing, shoes, and yes, even socks. High Point runs several lessons and drills for both adults and children. While I haven't participated, the lessons appear to be well-run with quality coaches. I have played in some of the leagues at High Point, and I have found the level of play to be much more competitive than I've found at other tennis centers or in flexible leagues. The leagues are well-coordinated with standings & play schedule posted online, and knowledgeable staff members at the pro shop. My only suggestion would be to e-mail ahead the rules & contact list, which was supplied to us during the first week. One complaint is the inflexibility of rescheduling matches (you are penalized if you reschedule more than one). Ideally, these types of rules should be posted with the registration page and not supplied after customers have already paid to participate. As for other improvements: It would be great if the parking area was more well-lit for those of us who play in the evenings. Additionally, not all of the courts have great vantage points for spectators. My suggestions aside, High Point is likely one of the best tennis centers in North Dallas. I wish some of the other tennis centers would follow their lead! read more

Very nice park. The soccer fields were good. Plenty of space and lots of trees for shades. The restrooms were clean unlike some parks. There are benches there for seating with plenty of space left for chairs as well. The park was clean overall. There are water fountains there. It was a great place for our soccer tournament aside of the parking. The only negative is the parking. Some families had to park and walk a couple of blocks because there wasn't enough parking. There's only one parking lot ( from what I could see) got such a big park. Also, I didn't see any soap or a sink to wash my hands after the restroom. read more

This is my third lesson at this facility over the course of 12 years. (I've been really busy with work and family.) I have been trained by 4 different coaches and all of them have been FANTASTIC. They really enjoy teaching students how to play the game well and I have always had fun here. read more

This facility has a very nice pro-shop - lots of selection for ladies' tennis apparel and a good selection of raquets. There is also a playground with a rubber surface for the little ones. read more
