I do enjoy the convenience of this however, and I understand that with that, there are some risks. A couple times food has been forgotten or an order had been messed up. I just wish that: 1. Ordered 90$ worth of food, the order was incomplete , the food was cold and Ashley was very unhelpful. I spoke to the restaurant manager, cold food was a delivery issue. I tried to order from numerous restaurants on their website one evening, and none of them worked. I ended up having a difference delivery service bring me food, and i left this place a bad review on google. Later that night one of the owners sent me a Facebook message asking what the issue was but he didn't respond once i told him, instead he went into my job the next day and asked my managers to have me take the review down. It's a personal review that has nothing to do with my work (food industry) so they're not getting involved, but if the owner had just discussed the issues with me I'd have gladly given them another chance. The problems i had plus the sheer lack of class and professionalism they've shown is ridiculous. I'll always go with Concho Concierge. read more

They get my order wrong more often than they get it right. Why ask for directions if they are not going to even read them.

I ordered off their menu for Joes Italian Restaurant. When they ordered the food, they ordered the wrong pizzas. When I called them about the incorrect order, they said they called Joes and were told that when they ordered a white specialty pizza it comes with everything. I told them that it was wrong but they still blamed me for the order. I called Joes and found out that they ordered a white specialty pizza instead of the white pizza. Since I had to argue with them about what I ordered and what they ordered, they waited too long and Joes closed their kitchens. The owner of San Angelo To Go called me back and apologized and said he would not charge me for the two pizzas that they ordered wrong and were refunding the delivery fee, like he was doing me a favor. Then he said he could order and deliver the pizzas tomorrow, as if that would feed my family tonight. read more

Driver didn't arrive at restaurant until well after our food was done. Then took a half hour to actually deliver it. Food was cold and soggy. Was originally supposed to arrive by 7:20. Driver got to restaurant at 7:40, got my food at 8:10. Won't use this service again. read more

I used this delivery service a few weeks ago and I loved it!! Myself and a few other coworkers ordered food from Olive Garden and it was delivered within 30-45 minutes. The delivery guy was very polite and courteous. The only issue I had is this: When I placed our order online, I do so by definitively saying we had 3 seperate orders and typed Order 1, Order 2, and Order 3. At the end, I also said we would be using our debit cards for each individual order. I'm not sure if I wasn't specific enough, but they ordered our food all on one ticket, so I had to figure out how much each of us owed for our food. If you are placing multiple orders online, I would make it a point to call them to make sure they know you want separate orders. Other than that, I had no issues!! I will definitely be using their service agin, and I will definitely be recommending them to others!! :) read more

When I was placing my order I deleted an item and changed to a different item. I double checked my order before and during checkout and it was correct but I was delivered the item I had deleted. It was something I couldn't eat which is why I deleted it in the first place. San Angelo to go refused to make good on it and I paid $28 for food I couldn't eat and didn't even receive all of the incorrect order. I will never order from this company again nor would I recommend it. I would give a negative star rating if I could. read more
