Tthere weren't a lot of people in there when I went. I was the only one so there was a lot of conversation amongst the employees. I just ordered the mini pies for Thanksgiving and requested a delivery, and when I opened them they were smaller than even their cookies, they weren't even completely filled (crusts) and they were smashed by the box. Something has to be done about this staff. The tension in the Crumble cookies is so baffling to walk into. You can feel the displeasure of the staff working together, they have to hate each other or hate working there. I always order on the app and have it delivered to my car curbside. It's always fast and the cookies are deliciously warm. Each week they have about four new flavors and they have the chocolate chip and iced sugar cookie every week. I kept a cookie for a few days because they are decent sized and it was still soft. If you're buying for a special occasion you have the option to add a note to it as well. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Recently had an order delivered with half-eaten cookies. The circumstances suggest the delivery driver actually ate the cookies. Every cookie I've ordered was delicious! At one point, I got home and realized they had given me the wrong cookies. I called and explained the situation, to which they said I could come pick up the correct ones when I was available. When ordering in the store, the owner let my kids stand at the counter and watch him decorate the cookies. People who give Crumbl a positive review are people who love cookie dough. I am not a person who likes to eat raw dough. They underbake the cookies more than is tolerable to me. I had high hopes and tried going 3 times, at the behest of my daughter, but after tonight's oozing slop pile called lemon poppyseed, no more Crumbl for me. In addition, the employees are very lackluster and exude zero enthusiasm or warmth toward customers. Look alive, people!
