Office is very nice, comfortable and clean. Check in was easy, short wait time followed by intake room, shortly after the Doctor, herself came in for my initial consult. She was very polite, friendly and treated me with the outmost respect. She took time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions and developed a personalized plan. I've been researching hair options for sometime and can say she exceeded all of my expectations. I started my treatment plan and will most absolutely be on my way to better hair. I strongly recommend giving it a try if in the market for hair treatment.

These guys are only nice to their clients BUT not the family members. I get Covid but the girls won't even let me in the back to describe and show the stylist what it is that we want done for our photos which are expensive. Yet we pay $650 a month for services. Also if my husband asks me to call hair club for him to reschedule or he is too busy to answer when they call and has me answer, they try to avoid speaking to me and act like it's a violation of some kind. We are married Texas is a community property state and spouses are allowed to speak on behalf of their spouse if their spouse asks them to. They also screwed up our appointment time when we scheduled for a Friday, had to change it to a Tuesday and then had to change it back to the original Friday. Well they scheduled us for the Friday after our photos NOT back to the original Friday we had. Poor listening skills for sure. I'm a kind person but I'm also a straight shooter and I don't mess around when I'm paying big bucks for something. This has been an ongoing problem with them even before Covid. This is NOT a family friendly business.

So I went in and met Mrs, Mary Hagood we hit it off and I began working for her. When I came in things were a mess, units had not been fixed and the orders were backing up on her. So as we began to work to get her things in order I felt we had made a connection. She asked me to work with her full time and leave the school. she matched my checks and everything. So I put my two week notice in so I could be at Hagoods full time! the hair business is my life and hair replacement is my calling. After being there for two months things were looking up Mary was getting paid again thru the va I had fixed so many hair pieces that Ms Mary was singing and dancing all around the salon because that money was hitting the bank $12,000 and more. I began advertising and I began bringing in clients. Things were looking good so I thought! Mary knew my last child was graduating on June 3,2014 it's all I talked about. I let Mary know on Monday I would not be in on Tuesday graduation day. Well when I came in on wed it was over between me and Hagood She had cut my pay in half even after I did clients and sold units for her. One client was so upset with Mary she refused to pay for her unit. Mary left me in the salon to face this upset client And said she is going to complain with the va because she felt cheated by Mary Hagood and do I! I do not have a job at the school with my full benefits because I trusted this women. She let me go the day after my sons graduation!! Now I understand why Linda did what she did Mary Hagood is a fake money hungry individual her receptionist as well.
