My results look uneven and lopsided. I now have a noticeably droopy left eyelid and eyebrow, something I never experienced when receiving treatment for the same issues from my previous doctor in Houston. I still have the "11" lines between my eyebrows and still have my laugh lines. The area that seems to have been significantly affected is my left eyelid and eyebrow, which are now drooping. I went in hoping to look better and instead feel that I look worse. What concerns me just as much as the result is the response from the practice. I have experienced a complication following a cosmetic procedure in the past, and that doctor took the situation seriously, treated it with urgency, and made every effort to evaluate the problem and make things right. That experience showed me how a medical practice can respond when a patient reports an unexpected cosmetic outcome. Here, my experience has been the opposite. I spoke with Corina, an assistant, and found her response dismissive and unhelpful. I asked to see another doctor within this very large practice and was told I could not, although I could see someone at the med spa. When I explained that a proposed 1:45 appointment conflicted with a work meeting, her response that she "guessed" she could try another day came across as rude and dismissive. When a patient calls concerned about a new drooping eyelid and eyebrow after a procedure, I would expect compassion, urgency, and an effort to have the problem evaluated--not to feel like an inconvenience. The way this situation has been handled has seriously undermined my confidence in this practice. Based on my personal experience, I would not feel comfortable undergoing something more invasive here, such as a laser procedure or facial surgery. If this is how my complication and concerns are handled, the thought of dealing with a complication from a more significant procedure is frightening. I would not recommend this provider or practice based on my experience.

I tend to have a high pain tolerance and my go-to method of hair removal was brazilian wax and tweezing for underarms. The laser they use here apparently is one of the newest tech out. It doesn't hurt at all. Sara did a great job on constantly asking if I was doing okay and adjusting the laser intensity accordingly to my tolerance. Even when I was on my monthly cycle, Sara did a great job making me feel comfortable and working efficiently. (Just make sure you wear a tampon and take a shower before your appointment) The staff here does an amazing job at picking up their phones. They use online booking system to track appointments, sending forms you need to fill out before each session and processing payment. If you need to reschedule or want to come in earlier, they do a great job about being flexible and fitting you in. For underarms + brazilian laser hair removal, it always takes about 15-20min. They keep the facility very clean and very private. I have light skin tone with black hair so the laser was VERY EFFECTIVE on me. even after 1 session I had 80% reduction in hair growth! *If you have dark skin and dark hair or light skin and light colored hair the laser may not work so well on you bc the laser is shooting at PIGMENT so just keep that in mind before considering laser treatment!!! *

Dr Browning is great with kids, knew what our babies strange birthmark was after one look, have us materials on how to deal with it, and when it became unmanageable - surgically removed it. As a surgeon - he was quick and thorough, and baby is healing very well. He explained the 3 types of sutures he used for different purposes. Aftercare has been very easy. He also seems knowledgeable about minimizing the scar.
