JIm was back to my home to clean our windows. Apparently, he was out-of-state for some time to care for his dad who passed away. While he was gone, his business suffered while he was away. Jim's work ethic is outstanding. He is friendly, professional, on time, etc etc. I can't say enough about him. He has serviced many of our homes and rental properties over the years and it is unfortunate that his customers weren't given the excellent service in his absence. Short version....terrible and uncompleted job! I would NOT recommend this company anymore. I used them and referred them for many years however the new owner proved himself to be dishonest, unreliable and unethical. I wish I could give him zero stars. He misrepresented himself as the previous owner when I first contacted him. I was unable to be in town when he came to my house so I had a relative there to let him in (all the while thinking he was the previous owner). After being at my home for many hours he told my relative that his phone wasn't working and he needed to speak to me about the job. When I spoke to him we addressed an issue about paint on the windows I told him not to worry about that just to clean the windows of dirt. I also asked him how much and how to pay him. He said venmo and that I would need to pay "his wife".I was very surprised and said shouldn't I pay the company? It was at this point he told me he had been subcontracted by San Clemente Window Washing because the owner had cancer and was having surgery on his hip that very day! I paid his "wife" and then contacted whom I believed to still be the owner of SCWW to let him know that is what I had done. I wanted to get verification that the payment went through and that was when I found out the person I paid was not his wife just someone his girlfriend was staying with. Reminder, I am out of town at this point and have not seen the job or lack there of that was or wasn't completed. Fast forward how things ended up, the person who came to my house was Nick Micucci the new and current owner of this company. He gave me an alias when I asked him his full name and told me he owned Nick's Window Cleaning in San Clemente, which he does not cause I spoke with the owner of that company. Nick Micucci owns SCWW and he was the one at my house and who did not even complete the cleaning all the windows, When confronted "via text only cause he would not take my calls nor call me back" he promised to refund my money and never did. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! read more

Sorry to have give one star but these guys have caused a lot of stress for me. This is due to Nicks unprofessional behavior. After a construction project I lined up window washing of my and adjacent houses. Nick comes for bid said it would take 1 hour for each house but he needs to do it that day. k I line up the neighbors and get their approval. 6 hours later he hadn't finished any of the 3. Had appointment the next day at 9:30 - again I coordinate with the neighbors. He never shows. 1.5 hours late he texts that he's on the way. 2 hours later, no communication. 5 hours later asks if he can bring 5 yr old daughter. I know he can't work and watch her and I have a pool- unsafe. So now he has my screens and is incommunicado. Totally embarrassing situation with neighbors and now I need to find alternate. Weekend totally blown. Stay away from this outfit. read more

BEWARE. This is the most unprofessional service we have ever had. They took our screens to put in new mesh and promised them back by the next day. No screens no call. 5 days later after 3 no show appointments we finally got our screens back. 3 of them had holes or cuts in them. After 1 month and 4 no show appointments we are still trying to get them fixed. Nic and Jessica will promise you anything take your money and then leave you hanging. read more

I have had a terrible time trying to find a good window washer. I am a realtor in South Orange county and I end up listing homes that are some times bank owned or otherwise distressed. One of the best ways to make a home look great is to have the windows cleaned, but finding a good window washer is a daunting task. UNTIL NOW... A good friend gave me Jim Straw's number and, although I was leary, I gave him a try on one of my bank owned listings. It was a 5 bedroom home with over 3200 sf. The windows were awful. To my surprise, he showed up on time, was extremely professional, was in and out quickly, and did more than I expected. Not again....got their number from a local real estate agent, called and was told $5 per window included the sills, screens and windows. We have a 2 story home with roughly 50 windows. Since last weeks rain it became apparent that the screens on the second floor were not removed and cleaned since the rain/wind forced the dirt back onto the cleaned windows, I know this is the case because the windows downstairs are still clean after the rain. Also, there are black marks on my interior walls of our home where the pole made impact while cleaning, these are second story windows in the entry area and not easily accessed. Overall very disappointed, won't be calling them to return. read more
