By they time they were done, there were footprints from the front door, up the stairs and to a window and two balconies. We thought it was water and that it would dry but it was dirt. Our carpets were clean before he came (which we pointed out but he said he didn't notice) and relatively new. We were planning for a party the next day so the house was spotless. When I pointed this out to Mike he refused to accept that he did this, suggesting the carpets were already dirty with footprints to the windows! I suggested his socks weren't clean. There were also drip marks (from the screens???) that he refused to accept. He insulted us by suggesting we didn't want to pay. We "settled" with taking out the amount for a carpet cleaner but he was rude about it. Now I have to schedule a cleaning but it won't be in time for our party which is the next day. My husband and I spent over an hour on our hands and knees trying to get the marks off so they don't set. So far hasn't made much difference. Very unprofessional handling of this customer service issue.

When he got here, he said that it would be the same price to clean the inside as well so we agreed. He was here for 1.5 hours by himself and charged $400! The windows had streaks, the sills were not cleaned and he didn't replace the screens or even rinse them! As you can imagine, we were disappointed with the work and the cost. I contemplated it for two days and then I gave him a call. I told him I had never called to complain about a service before but that I felt the need to tell him so he had an opportunity to make things right and maintain his referral source, the realtor. I was hoping that he would be receptive to what I had to say but unfortunately he was combative and defensive. All he needed to do was offer to come back to fix the streaks and replace the screens.
