Bottom line here: THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING! I attended a friend's 30th birthday party and she rented a water slide from Aliana's Party Rentals. The water slide was such a hit. As each person or group arrived they were instantly impressed with the stature of the water slide and almost hesitate to go up until they saw the rest of us having a complete blast sliding down into the pool. We all had so much fun! I think the adults had more fun than the kids at the party, and the kids were thrilled with the slide. We all played on the water slide until we were exhausted, several time over. Not only did we have a ball on the water slide, but so much so that I lost my wedding ring that evening. After searching in the backyard and coming up empty-handed, I called Raul to see if they found it when they picked up the water slide. He didn't find it during the pickup, but assured me that he'd search for it when he blew up the water slide to clean it. He called me a couple days later and had my ring. Best Prices in the County BY FAR!! We rented a 20ft slide for a 3 year old birthday party and the kids (ages 3 - 65) ALL loved it!! We were going for 8 hours strong! I met the owner through our school and he is a very nice guy. He's very willing to work with your schedule and goes the extra mile to accommodate your needs. They are very generous with their time limits, more so than any of the other companies in the SD area. They are very easy to work with and make booking/scheduling very simple, even utilizing text messaging for the convenience factor. I researched all of the other companies in the area during my decision process and I can promise you Aliana's is the best all around! They are local and they support local. Their product is very clean and the setup process was careful and meticulous as they navigated palm trees, bushes, and the roof while setting up in my front yard. We had a Food Truck Event at our place of business and Aliana's Party Rental delivered tables and chairs for the event. They agreed to do same day delivery and pick up. Their prices were reasonable, customer service very professional and friendly. There were a few corrections that needed to be done on the contract, I called and spoke with Edith and she made the corrections while I was on the phone. I contacted Alianas Party Rentals for my sons 9th birthday. They are extremely professional from the time you contact them until the very end. At the beginning I spoke to Raul, he got the appropriate package together for my event and answered all questions I had. The day of the event Hector and another guy showed up on time and were very polite. Hector made sure the jumper was placed exactly where we wanted and I couldn't help but notice how careful they were making sure the jumper was sanitized properly. I had quoted a jumper through another vendor but got side tracked and forgot to finalize the order (totally my fault not the other vendor) and when I tried to finalize it was too late. Awesome experience end-to-end. We rented the Tropical bouncer and the 60 ft. Giant Obstacle course for our annual block party. Aliana's was great to work with, flexible, and communicative (via text too, which made it easy). On the day of our event, they were timely and professional upon setup. We've rented from Alian's for the last 5 years! We are loyal because Raul and Lily provide the Best service and rates out of any rental company we've considered! We were concerned about COVID this year, and they went out of their way for us to provide a jumpie that was not used prior to our use, and offered to purchased special Clorox wipes to wipe the entire jumpie down (which they always do anyways). I just had another great experience renting from Aliana's party rentals (for the second time.) I needed 2 6ft tables and 16 folding chairs, and once I saw it on their site, I also added the cool surfboard bar-height table.
