The day of the event, they were on time and quick to set up. Francisco helped with making sure our bouncer was set up where we needed it and was there on time to pick it up. The bouncer itself was absolutely a blast for the kids. It had a basket ball hoop in the corner, which was a surprise, and they loved it. We hired them for the first time, but from the first call to the very last one, they helped us through all our queries and made sure that our every request was met. Daria was awesome at responding to emails and even came to see if the bouncy would fit in our backyard as that was one of our concern. It was a great gesture. Action Bounce was early, courteous and had clean products. We rented one of their packages with a bounce house, tables, chairs and cotton candy machine. We had a brief lesson and were given plenty supplies for the cotton candy machine. Everything went perfect during the party.
