From the moment I reached out about renting a bouncer for my daughter's birthday, David(who I assume is the owner or manager) was in touch with me during the whole rental process. He made sure to call and communicate, sent me a very informative invoice over e-mail and also gave me a discount on another similar bounce house because the one I was trying to rent got rented literally 30 seconds before I could submit my request online. We had our party at Lake Dixon, and the man who dropped off the bouncer was also so incredibly friendly! He met us there, after communicating with us that he was on the way to the lake, did the entire set up, made it stress free me! At pick up time, he let me know he was on the way to the lake, and took everything down and left very quickly. The whole process was so efficient and I'd suggest them to absolutely anyone. I do want to mention that Lake Dixon require jumping permits, another thing that North County Jumpers completely handled for me. Ok so I gotta say I am so impressed with everything. First of all we went with David because his company has the most diverse selection of bounce houses. His company is an approved vendor by all of the parks too. He showed up early and set up without a fuss. He is super friendly and chatty, but then got to work. I didn't have to do anything but pay him. He was familiar with the park so he already knew where to set up. It was great. The bounce house was pretty cool. We got a monster truck one with a slide and even a basketball hoop. It was definitely a hit with the kids, my son thought it was the best thing ever. It was also very clean! Then he came on time to pick it up. He went in and cleaned it really well, which explains why the equipment was so clean in the first place, and then packed it and went on his way. My rating is based purely on their ability to fulfill a common north county order type: Parks! Unfortunately Covid hit them pretty hard, so they can't afford the insurance required at Carlsbad city and park recs. The owner was nice enough to reach out regarding my concerns and explain their situation. Also unfortunately I don't recommend them for those of us who can't afford a home owner situation for their party, because they can't fulfill your order. Hopefully they will put disclaims on their site to prevent other parents from wasting time and hoping to have a reservation with them only to get a decline of service response. Easy to contact and schedule. We had to make minor changes to table/chair that we rented along the bouncy house- Dave was very accommodating and added/removed tables & chairs til the week before our event. On the date of the birthday party, after the bouncy house was set up and the driver left, we had to move it for weather related issues and Dave himself came within 30 minutes to deflate and relocate the bouncy house. They came, got it all up and going and were gone before I knew it. Pick up was just as quick and efficient. I had the pleasure of talking to him about his company for a bit last Sunday. He's always on time with setting up (something that is so important when it comes to jumpers - I've heard such sad stories about other companies). Even though kids get sad when it's time for the jumper to be packed up, David is always polite and reassures them that they can always jump another time.
