It was a really hard time and I had a lot of family issues to work out. I called here and the receptionist answered the phone and got me scheduled after making sure sessions would be covered, and calling me back with all the info on copays and coverage which I thought was really nice. My first appointment was with Dr. Hovsepian and I knew right away this office was a good place. She was awesome and I really liked her: warm, caring, and listened carefully and helped me figure out answers as to where I needed to go from there. I was initially bummed when she recommended I begin working with Dr. Giglio, another one of the doctors, however that disappointment was short lived and I understood her recommendation as soon as I met Dr. Giglio. From the first session, I felt that Dr. Giglio knew exactly what I needed. She listened and understood me. She is very caring and understanding. I learned so much about myself through her. She supported me, gave me practical skills to apply, and got me through some of the hardest times. Every time I walked out I had more confidence. I feel I owe a lot to this place.
