I coached with AYSO, so I can tell you that all of the reviews are correct. 100 percent if your son…read moreor daughter isn't ready for a club but wants to try out soccer take them to San Elijo Region 1505, I'm sure that they will be at least be more organized then AYSO San Marcos. The Commissioner James who is supposed to inform the coaches of the fields and times etc is always lacking. He complained to me about having a really full plate. I didn't suggest it but I definitely thought that he should then quit. The children are not his first priority anyway, its the money that the people put into it. I coached for him two seasons and from day one the lack of organization was evident. He told me to register my son for the Spring select despite his clavicle being broken, he knew he wouldn't be able to play and he still suggested that I pay the 170 dollars. Honestly, because of him most if not all of the parents who were on my team are going to go to 1505 san Elijo and I don't blame them. I wish I could answer questions on here cause IT GETS WORSE! As I was coaching he made it difficult for me because of the time frame he was trying to give me and no matter how many times I expressed I needed a solution to that he didn't give me one. So he fired me as a volunteer coach by taking me to the limit of my availability he pushed me out. Who fires a volunteer coach? On top of that my son who had just gotten cleared to play and was going to be his first official game got cut off the team because James acquired a new coach and the new coach was going to insert his son into the team despite not having had one practice with the spring select team. I tried to contact him but he basically gave me the bird in the most political way. His program is nonsense and the way he treats his volunteers is shameful, but its nothing compared to how he treats the kids. Who knows if this new coach is going to cut one of the kids that have been to practice the whole time with me to give preference to his son, James has sincerely appalled me with his actions. He speaks so well and fools people who don't know him, but he's nothing like he portrays himself. I recommend you follow the reviews and take your business elsewhere. Getting a refund is also going to be challenge they will push you to keep credit for the next season instead. DO your self the favor and save yourself from the headache and go to San elijo AYSO. James is bringing shame to AYSO San Marcos, and this review is from a person who was on the inside.

No idea who the coach is, when/where practices are held, nothing. I have called at least 65 times, only gotten to talk to someone 3 times, and still don't have any answers. Sent at least 15 emails, again no useful responses. I've never witnessed such awful customer service. This program needs to be shut down.

First time checking out this location. It is also owned by Carlsbad Skyzone owners. Customer…read moreservice is just as amazing at San Marcos. This location is more compact, still cool free video games to play. Their concession stand has ample supply of ice cream and other items. Great prices just like Carlsbad! I would say this is perfect for toddlers and younger children. When we went with my almost 10 year old there were armies of 5 and under. Probably closer to 3 and under. I wish I knew about this location when he was smaller. They even have a jungle gym good for the younger crowd and opened their Skytower while we were there. Would highly recommend this location for the younger Skyzone members it's perfect size to chase your child around and not have them get lost. Their toddler time was popping. (Very busy, in the best way, like a small child party but plenty of room.)

For many families like ours, this isn't just another activity on the calendar, it's a weekly routine that our children genuinely look forward to and depend on. As a parent of a child with special needs, consistency and predictability are extremely important. Sensory Hour has been a valuable opportunity for our child to safely enjoy the facility in an environment designed to meet their needs. Receiving such short notice left families scrambling after already planning their day around the event. What is most frustrating is not just the cancellation itself, but the lack of consideration shown to the families who rely on this program. A little advance notice and communication would have gone a long way. Because of this experience, we have decided to cancel our family's memberships. We hope Sky Zone will reconsider how they communicate changes to programs that are so important to the special needs community and make a greater effort to support the families who have faithfully attended Sensory Hour every week.
