Eliminating the 1-hour jump option significantly reduces flexibility for families who may only want a shorter visit. While I understand the need for businesses to evolve their pricing models, the current approach feels less customer-focused by requiring guests to purchase longer sessions regardless of how much time they actually plan to use. Providing a range of options would better serve different customer needs and create a more positive experience for both occasional visitors and frequent guests. Absolutely unbelievable that in this economy these new owners jacked up the price but refuse to turn the AC down to a bearable temp. With these new prices at $30 a child, we will be going to Sea World, Legoland and the zoo. I can get my child a pass for the entire year for the zoo for visiting here twice with one child, much less two. Thank you for making it easy for me to walk in and walk directly out. Kids love this place! We got the monthly membership for $30 which is a great option since one visit is like $22. With this membership you can jump for 2h per day and also join the glow events. We also had our son's birthday party here and everything was super easy. You just bring your cake and any other snacks you like. The birthday packages include pizza and soft drinks. We are incredibly disappointed with Sky Zone's decision to cancel Sensory Hour with only one hour's notice. For many families like ours, this isn't just another activity on the calendar, it's a weekly routine that our children genuinely look forward to and depend on. As a parent of a child with special needs, consistency and predictability are extremely important. Sensory Hour has been a valuable opportunity for our child to safely enjoy the facility in an environment designed to meet their needs. Receiving such short notice left families scrambling after already planning their day around the event. What is most frustrating is not just the cancellation itself, but the lack of consideration shown to the families who rely on this program. A little advance notice and communication would have gone a long way. Because of this experience, we have decided to cancel our family's memberships. We hope Sky Zone will reconsider how they communicate changes to programs that are so important to the special needs community and make a greater effort to support the families who have faithfully attended Sensory Hour every week. read more

I am deeply disappointed in the framework Sky Zone presents to our community. My family has supported this business for years. As parents of a child with disabilities, Sky Zone has been one of the few places in North County where our son could safely play in an enclosed, inclusive environment. Unfortunately, every visit has highlighted the same issue: there are consistently not enough employees to safely supervise the number of children and families the facility attracts. What happened last week was even more upsetting. Families were notified just one hour before the scheduled Sensory Time that it was being canceled. For many families with children who have autism, intellectual disabilities, sensory processing disorders, or other complex support needs, last-minute changes are not a minor inconvenience, they can completely derail carefully planned routines, trigger significant distress, and eliminate one of the very few accessible recreational opportunities available. As someone who understands this community, I find the explanation that there "wasn't enough foot traffic" difficult to accept. Thousands of individuals in San Diego receive services through the San Diego Regional Center, an organization created specifically to support people with developmental disabilities and their families. This community is substantial, and the need for accessible recreational spaces is undeniable. Sensory Time wasn't just another event. It was one hour each week where children who often struggle in traditional recreational settings could participate without overwhelming music, flashing lights, excessive crowds, or the fear of being judged for simply being themselves. It provided a safe space not only for our children, but for their parents as well. Removing or minimizing inclusive programming sends a painful message to families like mine, that our children are no longer worth accommodating because they aren't profitable enough. Whether that was the intention or not, that is the impact. Inclusion cannot simply be a marketing slogan. It requires consistent commitment, especially when serving members of the disability community. I hope Sky Zone reconsiders this decision, engages with the families affected, and demonstrates that accessibility and inclusion remain priorities not only when attendance numbers are favorable, but because every child deserves a place where they belong. We've been coming to skyzone for years, since It opened. I brought 4 kids there today while another son had a birthday party that. I was went to pay and It was $144! I was flabbergasted. I said I only wanted 1.5 hrs and I was told they only have 2 hr windows now. They are under new ownership. Not only is It expensive, they also make you pay to play the arcade games. They are no longer free. This will be the last time I ever come here. read more

Attended Skyzone on Friday, April 24, 2026, for their GLOW night from 8 to 9:30. We purchased 4 tickets online for kids and arrived at 7:45 pm, only to find absolute chaos at check-in. Unfortunately, if you buy online, there is no kiosk or separate check-in line; you still need to wait in line for an employee to check you in. Tough to do, though, while we were there, as the kids and parents buying tickets were all congregating in the lobby, where even the employee had to shout to be heard. Once we entered the facility, we found the area clean and well-lit. However, the clients--primarily pre-teens and young teens--were specifically targeting our kids, who are all 12 years old girls. The one staff member our kids approached for help did her best, but she was alone on the trampoline floor and appeared thoroughly overwhelmed less than 30 minutes into the GLOW night. Most of the other guests were dressed to impress, but they weren't jumping; they were simply walking around, trying to see others. Our kids came to jump, and each time the bullies approached them, they would turn and leave that area, only to be pursued by kids pulling on their clothing, laughing in their faces, and making animal noises. The situation felt like mob mentality, and it was concerning that there were no adults present to intervene or correct the behavior of their kids. My husband and I were up in the parent lounge, and we were the only adults present for the hour and 45 minutes we were onsite. Ten minutes into our visit, we did intervene on the jump floor and stayed there for a time and were able to eventually get the bullies to leave our kids alone. However, we kept a close eye on them as it became apparent that most parents drop their kids off and leave. read more

This place felt like a second home to a lot of our neurodivergent kiddos in the community. A space where they felt safe and free to be themselves. One hour a week just for them. All gone in a poorly crafted email to your loyal customers. I really hope that you bring this sensory time back at least once(?) a month, or after your "exciting changes and improvements coming to the park"...which apparently includes getting rid of this special time for our kids. I'm sure this was cancelled because it wasn't making you guys any money. So sad, and super disappointed. We will absolutely be spreading the word about this and will likely be cancelling our membership. read more

I am a nanny and take the boys to get their energies out here on a regular basis due to a membership. This is one of the best trampoline parks I've ever been to as far as cleanliness variety and keeping them entertained for hours the price is right and doesn't charge obnoxious amount of money per hour. I'm really impressed by the staff that works there. It seems they hire teenagers and young adults that actually love the children. One guy walks around on a regular basis and keeps an eye to make sure that the big kids are not taking out the little kids. One of my favorite parts is all of the arcade games are absolutely free with cost of admission. They also have a snack bar with snacks and drinks for two dollars. I will return!! read more

I can't confirm it 100%, but I'm about 95% sure my child contracted Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease from this facility. Public play spaces are always a risk factor--so remember to wash hands frequently. The teenage staff here could be a little more attentive and aware of their area responsibilities. My wife and I have hosted and attended multiple parties at this location over the years, and while we've never had major issues before, the costs have skyrocketed recently. Overall, not a bad experience, but definitely some areas for improvement. read more

Still amazing! Still love Skyzone. Have literally been coast to coast with Skyzone. Still safe to say this is our favorite. Most of the other locations we have been to have become corporate and no longer have "Glow Nite" which is my 8.5 yr old sons fave. This (Carlsbad) and the San Marcos location are operated by Franchisees. There is another added bonus about this location in that it feels "extra" family friendly. The employees at this location are more like family or mentors to the kiddos which we really appreciate. Also their memberships got restructured and are less expensive and even more affordable. $22 for Basic 90 min a day for 30 days membership or $30 per month for 120 minute daily... literally a $1 or less a day for kiddo entertainment. Really can't beat it. So nice to get the kiddos off the screen and onto a trampoline..win win read more

I feel bad not giving this five stars because the toddler time is such a good deal and a perfect outing for my toddler but this place is so filthy. Every single time we come. And we come at opening so I know it's not a build up from the day. Like there's no way they clean this place often because there is always trash and so much hair and just nastiness all over all the trampolines and like dried gunk. I brought a friend today and the first thing she said was " well it's definitely not the cleanest place" and it's absolutely not. I really wish they would implement a better cleaning and sanitation system cause it really is gross and makes me not want to come back. And please please don't try and say it's cleaned daily because there is zero excuse for it to be this disgusting at opening every single time we come. Also toddler time isn't "toddler time" I know that some older kids with disabilities can come during this time and that's great I work with kids with Autism. But it's the kids that get to bring their bigger siblings or something that aren't toddlers and don't have disabilities and are just rough housing and dominating all the spaces. read more

There is no hot food on the weekdays, which is a huge bummer, especially since kids get really hungry after jumping for 1-2 hours! They also don't have a water refill station (just like San Marcos) and would really benefit from one. The membership is a great deal as you can go to both the San Marcos and Carlsbad location, plus you get 20% off all food and beverage. It pays for itself after the second time you go. read more

Always an excellent choice if you've got young ones who just want to jump and run around. Celebrated my son's birthday here and boy did he have a blast. Unfortunately, he was hit by a soccer ball straight on his face which caused a bloody nose but he managed to make the best of it. I'll add, staff probably needs more Kleenex for incidents like this. Took a good thirty minutes to stop the bleeding and clean it up properly. Now back to the party. His friends/guests had fun both on all the options as well as at the arcade. The food was surprisingly good. Pizza was fresh and the drinks were not flat. The Icees were a hit too. I handed them out early to make sure all the sugar was burned off by the end of the day. We took our kids to Sky Zone Carlsbad recently and had such a great experience. One of the biggest things that stood out was how clean the entire park was. The floors, trampoline areas, seating spaces, and overall environment felt really well maintained. What impressed us even more was the level of supervision throughout the park. The staff was consistently attentive, walking around, helping guests, answering questions, and actually making sure the rules were being followed so everyone could have fun safely. One employee in particular really stood out. I believe his name was Ryder or Ryker (something along those lines), a younger redheaded staff member, probably around 16-17. He did an amazing job keeping an eye on the different areas, making sure kids played safely while still making the experience fun. You could tell he genuinely cared about creating a good environment for families and wasn't just standing around. He was helpful, professional, and made us feel comfortable letting our kids enjoy themselves. Overall, we left really impressed. Clean facility, great supervision, friendly staff, and a safe atmosphere for kids. We'll definitely be coming back. read more

I will not be bringing my son back to any Sky Zone. This is not the first time we've had an issue here with older kids hurting little ones., but this time was by far the worst -- and the response from management made it even more concerning. During our recent visit, all staff were gathered at the front, and there was zero supervision in the trampoline areas. A teenager took a dodgeball into a restricted area and repeatedly pelted my 10-year-old son, including directly in the face, knocking his glasses off. My son eventually lay down crying and messaged me to come get him -- he was too afraid to walk past the teenager again. By the time I reached him, he was crying and had a red bump forming on his forehead. I took him to the front and spoke with staff, but was met with a very dismissive response. They spoke briefly to the teenager but took no meaningful action, so we left- just, "he said he didnt do anything." OK so he's free to do it again. Before leaving the parking lot, I noticed my son had developed a serious goose egg on his forehead, an additional bump on the back of his head, a bruise firming on his arm, and large red welt across his back. As someone with a medical background, I know just how dangerous this could have been -- especially being hit in the face with glasses on and in the back of the head. I went back inside and asked to speak with the manager again, only to be told, "We'll call you if we need anything." There was no real concern shown for my son's physical or emotional safety. I showed them the developing bruises, and they reviewed the video but downplayed the severity as "just kids playing." This was not harmless play -- my son was targeted and injured. I politely requested multiple times for the regional manager to contact me so I could simply discuss the situation and ensure this wouldn't happen to another child. No one ever called. I am not an overreactive parent -- I fully understand that kids can get rowdy and accidents happen. But this was not an accident. And the complete lack of supervision, accountability, and follow-up from management here is appalling. Parents: if you visit SkyZone, please keep a very close eye on your child. The staff are not monitoring the play areas, and if your child is injured, you may find that the management simply does not care. To the one staff member who initially showed us empathy -- thank you. To the management: your lack of responsibility is unacceptable. You owe it to your customers to take children's safety seriously and train your staff accordingly. read more

We went to Sky Zone for my 11-year-old brother's birthday party, and the kids had a really good time. They loved the trampolines and the different play areas, and overall, they enjoyed themselves. That said, I personally wouldn't recommend going on a Friday night if you're bringing younger kids. We had a group of 15 younger children with us -- including my 7-year-old brother, my friend's 7-year-old brother, and several other kids around that age -- and while they had fun, the environment just didn't feel very safe. Friday nights seem to turn the park into a hangout spot for large groups of middle schoolers. A lot of them crowd around the main trampoline area, just standing around and talking instead of actually jumping. A lot of them even just sit on the trampolines, which takes up so much space and makes it hard for younger kids to actually play. What's worse is that no one tells them to get up or move -- they just sit there, and the staff does nothing about it. There's also a huge issue with rule enforcement -- or really, the lack of it. For example, there's a platform jump with a big blown-up air mattress below it, and it's supposed to be one person at a time. But at one point, a group of four girls jumped in all at once while my friend's 7-year-old brother was still trying to get out. They almost kicked him in the head, and there was a staff member standing right there -- a kid who looked like he was maybe 16 -- and he just watched and said nothing. Beyond the safety concerns, the atmosphere just isn't great. A lot of the teenagers there aren't even really using the park for what it's meant for. They're just hanging out in big groups, sitting around on the trampolines, and talking. I even saw groups of girls flipping off groups of boys, yelling things like "F*** you" across the park. It really felt more like a middle school hangout spot than a family-friendly trampoline park. It's disappointing because I remember going to other trampoline parks like Get Air, where there were a lot of adults working and the rules were really well enforced. At Sky Zone, it's just not like that at all. The lack of supervision and rule enforcement really takes away from the experience, especially for families with younger kids. So while the kids did have a great time, in my opinion, Sky Zone on a Friday night feels more like an unsupervised social night club for middle schoolers than a safe, family-friendly trampoline park. If you're looking for a safer, more organized environment for younger kids, I'd definitely recommend going at a different time. Also to add people who didn't pay would sneak in and jump! read more

We held both of my nephew and niece's birthday party at Sky Zone around Easter. You'll need to sign a waiver if you want to participate in any of the attractions. There was Air Court, Sky Tower, Warped Wall, Freestyle Jump, Toddler Zone, and many more! Since we were celebrating Easter afterwards, I wasn't dressed to do any jumping LOL. The Freestyle Jump looks scary, but the family members who did it seemed like it wasn't that frightening. We had a room reserved, so when it was time to head to that area, someone would make announcements so that we wouldn't miss the cake cutting, etc. Pizza and soda pitchers were provided as part of the package. Decorations and everything else were not. I had a slice of their pepperoni pizza, which wasn't that bad. Our attendant was cheerful and friendly- once our time was up we had to leave because they needed to clean up the room for the next guests. read more
