We made an appointment to have him come to my home to take samples for testing. He arrived promptly and was courteous and very professional. Since many of the reviews for this company were excellent, I decided to call and get a quote for mold. I requested 3 quotes and Mike was the 1st to respond. Chatted with him on the phone, sent pictures. He helped me realize the company who serviced me for the water damage, who found the mold, should of contained it. I had no idea. Recognizing that I am horribly sentimental, I have brought a child's chair from my childhood home in Ohio.
