They…read morereplaced the sink, cabinets and floor, smoothed/painted the walls, did some electrical work, took down a couple of walls, and put in a new countertop. I have never had a contractor who worked as consistently on a project--one week they came 6 days! It really blew me away, as I've had contractors who would take entire weeks off. I was prepared to have the project take well over a month, and they got it done in just under 3 weeks. Their work ethic is extremely impressive. Also of note was their work putting in the new countertop, which was exceptional. They not only did the work we asked, they gave us some design suggestions that turned out to be very helpful. Their attention to detail was better than expected. They were responsible, responsive, and did good work. The only thing they could have done better was dust mitigation, and there were a couple small details that could have been better (a couple of gaps under the cabinets; a couple of tiny screw holes through a panel--small stuff that really only I would notice). Also, they do not automatically provide debris removal, but you can request it, or find your own hauling service (which I did). Overall they did a great job for the price, and I would definitely recommend them.

However, he came to our home and offered to redo what we were not happy about. He is not charging us anything other than supplies, except for a subcontractor for the tub surround. I was not feeling good about the remodel. But I am now feeling much better about it. Weslei really stands behind his work. He really worked hard to find a solution to the problem.

However, I was very unpleased with the work he did. To start with, the spackling on the bathroom wall was so coarse and dented that it looked like something on the outside of a house. The painting job was horrible. It took quite a bit of persuasion to get him to fix it. We had a new shower/tub surround placed. When I close the bathroom door, the surround rattles. When I go to steady myself on the shower wall, it pushes inward and it's not sturdy at all. It does not look as if there's any caulking where the shower wall meets the bathtub. We are worried about leakage. The company said they could not put shower doors there because there was nothing to hold them in place. We had him do the linoleum in our bedroom. It was all buckled when finished and he agreed to replace it. He was very accommodating about replacing it. He did not argue at all. However, unlike the first time that he did it, he would not supply laborers to move the furniture back into the room. My husband has a bone spur in his right shoulder and could not fully lift the furniture. Therefore, there are three big tears in my brand new linoleum. As I said, I think he tried really hard to do a good job on my house. But I have a mess to clean up. I will have to hire somebody to redo my linoleum again.I used him because he did such a good job on my friends house. But I am really sorry that I did. I hate to sound harsh. As I said, I wrestled with myself for a long time before I left this review.

Yordy completed two projects for me…read more He painted our large play structure. The work was very well done. He arrived early and finished the job in just 6 hours. He took extra care to keep the grass clean. The 2nd project was building a counter for our patio. We had a counter already but it was very heavy and we weren't sure how to install it. Yordy and his crew came up with a plan and implemented it really well. His crew built pillars and secured them to the patio floor. They took careful measurements because the floor and walls were not level. The final results were very good.

They were quite rude and didn't offer to help me out in any way. A business should be courteous to all customers.

I am a 25 year journeyman level carpenter that subcontracted a job to him because i was too busy to get to it. The finish level was appalling. Bid the job at 4 days and took 7 and didnt even finish as i had to pull him off before it got worse. Doorway was a 1/2" out of level. Door casing looked like it was installed with a sledge hammer and the reveals were wayyyyy off. Screwed sheetrock to a brand new cabinet side which had screws blistering the inside of the cabinet. Skip trowel that 40 grit sand paper couldn't fix. Just plain terrible. You get what you pay for in this industry. He claims to be a 38/hr carpenter and at that rate should be flawless. Hes a 15/hr laborer at best. Very very disaplointed.
