They are really good with their time management during their tutoring sessions. Jason's response time to questions and concerns are quick. The initial meeting was very simple. My daughter took an assessment and Jason when over the results and discussed the best placement for her. My daughter does need the one to one instruction or small group due to her learning needs and this was the best place for it. My daughter has been a struggled learner with inattentive ADHD. It is very difficult for her to retain information and I have noticed a difference with her in processing information and her academics. She has picked up some learning strategies that I know she wasn't getting from me or her school. She dreads reading, but I have noticed that she is independently looking at her surroundings and trying to read words more. She is blending and chunking words a lot better since she has started at this center. When she is reading I noticed that she is actually using context clues and making inferences about what she is reading. She also comments about her tutors outside of the center, which is really positive for me to see and hear because when a child talks about their school day, it shows that they are being engaged and intrinsically motivated. My daughter enjoys coming here and she loves the incentives they provide.

Because my parents accidentally enrolled me in a Scientology affiliated school when I was 9. So... if you're not interested in Scientology, this might not be the program for you. To be fair, I also had a lot of great field trips and fun times during my Scientology Summer... and exactly zero standards-based instruction.

At…read morefirst I was so worried about putting my son in a daycare I wasn't sure about it. but then once I called Gaby and spoke to her on the phone, speaking to her gave me a good feeling so I went to meet her and checkout her daycare, and I liked everything about her daycare, everything is clean and she has plenty of materials for the children, nice big backyard for them to play. Also, No TV that is good...which means she focuses more on the children instead of using the TV as a babysitter. A big plus for me was also that Gaby is bilingual, so that is great for not only my son but the other children to learn both languages (English/Spanish). My son has been attending since September 2014 and at first my son would cry because it was his first time in a daycare specially when nap time came because he was not used to taking naps but Gaby helped both of us, because I didn't want to see him crying so I would pick him up early, after a week my son got used to being at Gaby's Daycare and taking naps that he loves it even on the weekends he wants to be there. then with Gaby's help we potty trained my son and it was quick he learned very rapidly to use the toilet and not go on his undies. Gaby has also given me parenting advice. I can notice a great achievement in my son as far as him learning the ABC's and counting his numbers, singing songs, recognizing the letters and numbers it's just great. I would definitely recommend Gaby's creative minds daycare to anyone.
