Our son originally wanted his party at a trampoline place... the day of the party that place's power went out. They didn't call us or anything. We frantically were looking for an alternative within 30 minutes before his party started! Luv 2 Play answered our prayers and were able to accommodate a last minute party within 30 minutes. They even asked what theme and color table cloths and had the pizzas ready. Absolutely phenomenal. The room was clean, the party attendant was helpful and attentive. Most importantly, the staff and teachers create such a warm, friendly, and nurturing environment. I always feel completely confident and safe sending my daughter here. I also love the picture updates we receive and all the thoughtful celebrations and holiday decorations throughout the school year. It's so fun, warm, and inviting! There was some teacher turnover in Pre-K, but even that ended up being a reflection of the school's strength. My daughter absolutely adored Ms. Christina, who took a short leave for personal reasons, and then grew just as fond of Ms. Sarah, who was also wonderful before she needed to step away. Both teachers were missed! We then had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Michelle, who is incredibly sweet and caring. Despite the transitions, I always felt my daughter was supported and in excellent hands. Overall, I highly recommend Primrose to any parent. The school has an inclusive culture, clean and well-maintained classrooms, a great playground, and most importantly a safe, positive environment where children truly grow. Watching my daughter thrive here over the years has been the best reassurance of all.

YMCA membership is way overpriced and this gym is so run-down. You have to be an idiot to pay the outrageous YMCA fees for how little you get. Management and staff can't be bothered to do their job. I've literally seen equipment broken for months. Another time the gym closed early and didn't post it on the YMCA website. I wasted my time driving all the way here only to see a closed sign. When I asked a staff member what happened, she lied and said there were signs posted earlier in the week (there weren't). And then she literally slammed the door in my face. It was a gigantic waste of my time and a huge error on their end not communicating the closure on the YMCA website. I cannot stand the staff at this location. They're so rude! The only reason I come here is bec I get membership through my insurance. That's it! Otherwise I know membership isn't worth my money. Find a better gym that does their job and maintains their equipment. Take your business elsewhere.
