A good friend of mine recommended Daniel and I reluctantly agreed to meet him to discuss our kitchen project as we spent so much time reaching and got nowhere. Daniel came by to our home, he spends a good amount of time discussing our options and invited us to their show room. I was impressed by his knowledge of construction and attention to details; it turned out that he is a civil engineer which was reinsuring to me that I am dealing with professionals. We met Robert at their office and he explained the approach to initiate and construct and complete the project and financial milestones. Daniel and Robert are both very professional friendly and patient and answered all our questions and gave us good consultation. We ordered our kitchen with them. Their support throughout this project from start ordering the cabinets from Italy to manufacturing, shipping and final installation and completion of the work was great. They both were very responsive and caring. They were on the job site every day of the project and paid a great deal of attention to the workmanship and ensured smooth progress of the work. Their team of installer were on time and cleaned up after their work. We got one of the most beautiful stylish kitchens that there is out there, everyone who sees it is impressed by quality, workmanship, and the style. It took a long time but it was well worth it. What starts your experience off is someone greeting you at the door and taking the time to learn what you are looking for and what is important in your next furniture decision. After walking the floor through their products on display, and can't seem to locate that ideal piece, don't worry. The lady was more than nice enough to spend time at a table reviewing a sample book full of great ideas and offered to order whatever we needed. I would have taken some pictures, but they are pretty strict about no photography. The prices are not on the inexepensive side by any means. I will however, justify that statement, by saying the quality of their goods supports the price. We located a few pieces, put them on our wishlist, and anxiously await the completion of our house to comeback and get them!

I mean, the guy's attitude sounded like my products were perfect and how dare you challenge that? Fine. Check the picture out. They charged 25% restocking fee if you want to return. Btw, on that day I picked up, one guy from the store parked his truck very close to my car. I crawled into my car from the passenger seat.

The staff took my request seriously and Ms. Ann Choi phoned me days later that they have indeed recovered the documented paper. Furthermore, MPD has issued an apology for the initial delivery and offered repairs without additional cost. A veteran craftsman by the name of Angel came into the house and patchworked the floor, wall frame and door dents with efficiency and precision. I was intriguingly surprised to find out the furniture that I originally purchased has appreciated over $100,000 in MSRP value in time. Nevertheless, I believe MPD has acted in a sincere and honest fashion. Please allow me to express my gratitude; I would strongly recommend Marc Pridmore Designs to any future prospect for furnishing opportunities.
