They are extremely knowledgeable, caring and truly want the best for their patients. Gavin, her physical therapist, is kind, patient as well as making sure he is getting the most out of every treatment. He is an asset to this rehab. He is also very encouraging. Melody is a miracle worker. She takes a personal interest in her patients and does everything possible to help them improve. She is phenomenal. I asked "when am I getting discharged" because everyone around me was, and everyday it was something new. They never asked just assumed that did decisions based on stupidity. I don't know how asking equates that i want to be discharged. I mean getting woken up by a needle drawing blood at 7am is not ideal especially after a stroke. They can explain things. I got discharged with the promise of help and to go somewhere afterwards. That's when the hell really happened. I received no help, fought to go elsewhere, I even got dropped once by a nurse, but even then the nurses would make you feel bad talking about "I have to do so much paperwork", there were some cool nurses but there was some who constantly talked about their issues like get some help and therapy. Upon getting discharged I was lied, left in the dark, let down by this system and hospital. I can forgive for my sanity but I'll never forget. I'm beyond angry at this place, I'm hurt & talking about my treatment here I not only let it out, but I warn others and hope that things place changes and stops lying to their patients and their families.

During my second visit: * I only saw the PT briefly before being directed to a young assistant who was not a physical therapist. * The treatment room was extremely cramped with essentially no privacy between patients. * While using ultrasound on my finger joint, the assistant became distracted in a side conversation with another staff member. * The ultrasound wand was repeatedly left sitting in one place instead of being kept moving. * This caused a burning sensation in the joint. I understand ultrasound is normally kept moving during treatment, which is why this concerned me. * I moved the wand several times myself until I eventually asked her to stop as the discomfort was increasing. * I was also instructed to perform one of the exercises incorrectly. When I mentioned the ultrasound issue to the PT on my way out, the concern did not appear to be taken seriously. When I later called to cancel my remaining appointments, I had to leave multiple voicemails during business hours and received no call back. After four attempts I finally reached the receptionist. Overall, in my experience this did not reflect the level of patient attention or professionalism I expect from a physical therapy clinic. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve patient care going forward. I have since switched to AG Physical Therapy, where experienced therapists provide focused, professional care.

This is a no nonsense type of physical therapy. If you're looking for something that's fancy, this is not it. This is a physical therapy, that works at getting you back to your optimum health. My introduction to the front office was not good at all. I spoke with Jeremy in that regard and let him know exactly how I felt about the greeting I received from the lady in the front. Since that time, I strictly deal with the younger lady and my front office experience has gone much better for me.

They sent me home with a huge leg brace with absolutely no instructions for the brace. Found out 2 days later from my in-home PT, that it was put on backwards by the surgery center. At one point It fell off, and I had no idea on how to put it back on. I also didn't know how long to keep it on. I didn't receive any information about the medications. I didn't know when to start taking them, if it was too early, how much to take, or if I should take stool softener. There were conflicting instructions from different sources. This was just a few of the many many issues that I had at this place. Would not recommend!
