Just like she went up she will come down." unfortunately my cat passed away due to falling from the palm tree and i know that a human life is more important but I think it would be nice for them to consider rescuing pets as they are also a big part of families and sometimes the only family someone may have.

We've all been programmed to "trust the police". Do not trust these police. They violate rights, don't follow protocol, I've had to ask them to activate their CAD several times, they've obstructed evidence and investigations, they are rude & disrespectful AF, unprofessional, arrogant, dishonest and feel as though they are above the law. I've never in my life encountered such despicable humans in uniform. But they sure look nice on them, don't they? It is absolutely impossible to conduct a thorough investigation 2 months later, no statements & after a cross county obstruction of both the investigation & evidence. SBPD actually obstructed 2 investigations regarding the same crimes which confirm they are enablers & complicit. Detective Saenz is a horrible excuse for a detective and a great example of how completely unethical & corrupt this police dept is. I've left that woman and her supervisors 13-15 messages just in effort to get my statement submitted on my own case. The Watch Commander doesn't speak with the Public & the Sgts don't even take complaints & concerns seriously. Officers misrepresent themselves, lie & fail to follow protocol, then smile pretty for their social media photo ops. These people are disgusting excuses of "protect & serve". They protect and serve criminals... themselves too. Look up legal identity fraud. In all my encounters with these clowns, they've never once asked for my ID....but they've patted me down and attempted to cuff me, dismissing it as a "training error". I find that both very interesting & very concerning. They misrepresent themselves & their superiors....Senior Officer on Scene is NOT the Senior Officer on Duty. Officers Zamora thru Zamora, starting with Paulina and back thru Sgt Acosta.... They are a horrible disgrace to both the uniform and the badge. When CIO Saenz failed to take my statement in that investigation she not only compromised my investigation but every other investigation she's been involved in. It's a horrible reflection of their Detectives Bureau, but actually a rather accurate one. Then her actions & disrespect were reinforced by both Sgt Loera & Lt Flores via escalation. I've met maybe 4 respectful officers from this Dept...and the rest are trash. I even contacted the City Manager and Mayor Tran ... Zero accountability or oversight. Zero reply. Today will be my 3RD REQUEST. Makes them all appear to be very incompetent and complicit. I'll keep us updated. "How do you know it was Theft?" How do you know it wasn't? This involves SA, medical assault, mail theft and fraud, identity theft and fraud, medical identity fraud, legal identity fraud, CMS fraud, corruption, you name it. Response times are horrible. I've waited hours on hours for these people on multiple occasions 8hrs, 13hrs, 6hrs, weeks, months, etc. I even woke up with Officer Baltas sitting comfortably next to my exam table in an ER out if her jurisdiction just for her to obstruct yet another investigation & fail to leave an incident number. IA sent correspondence to the address of an investigation their own officers obstructed knowing I wasn't there any longer which compromised their own investigation & everyone involved. If the CAD is deactivated it only enables more crime and corruption and they're happy participants. Criminals in uniform. I'm disgusted at the incompetence. SBPD is RIDICULOUS. After reading these comments, it is clear that the "commenters" do not understand the code requirements related to fire protection equipment inspection, testing and maintenance. It is unfair to complain about a company that is licensed by the state of California and is required by law to perform inspection, testing and maintenance of fire protection systems and equipment in accordance with NFPA Standards. Further, per the California Fire Code, a business or property owner is required to maintain their fire systems and equipment serviced and certified. It is your responsibility to ensure this is accomplished on a regular basis. As a former Fire Marshal, I have written numerous violations to business and property owners for failing to maintain their fire protection equipment as required. If you take issue with phone calls from a fire protection company reminding you that your system is in need of service, be thankful. Most businesses do not keep up with their fire protection equipment and in some instances view this required service as an "inconvenience" or "unnecessary expense". With regard to service contracts, if you don't take the time to read them and later find out you don't like something, that is on you, not the contractor. If you don't like the language in the contract, address it before you sign it. Not every contractor is perfect. But in all fairness, nor are the businesses they service.

I contacted others via Yelp, including 5-star-rated providers. Most had zero follow-through or quoted astronomical figures just to set foot on my property. Tony came, he tested, he noted the things that needed to be fixed and is preparing a quote for those remedies for me. He's clearly a good guy, showed up when he said he would, and showed me a series of credentials that tell me I can trust his work. I would HIGHLY recommend AWR. I'll keep you informed as we progress through the necessary repairs Tony noticed and through our annual testing.

He showed up on time and was very professional. He walked our entire home (5200+ sq ft) and tightened all plates he thought were low. I would highly recommend his services.
