He later explained he is an owner/operator and does not take jobs for an hour before an appointment to ensure he is not late. He will call on other independent drivers when it gets busy. He is a safe and courteous driver, keeping up with traffic and signaling lane changes. He did not tailgate or cut other drivers off. He is pleasant and converses readily but is not intrusive or overly talkative. We might have saved a little with Uber, but I'm glad we picked a dependable driver with outstanding customer service.
