They do great work and are reasonably priced, but be prepared to wait weeks on end to get your car back. I was told it would be less than four days turnaround, and It took me three weeks and repeated phone calls to get my vehicle back. The clips that hold the bumper cover to the fender were broken and having had the bumper cover begin to come off of another car I knew the outcome would be bad if I didn't get it done. Mike's is the only body shop I would trust in Chandler. Had a slight accident in the garage and damaged the door on my wife's new Acura. Took the car to 3 shops for estimate. Was shocked how much the mainstream body shops wanted for a fairly minor repair. I had 2 estimates that were North of $6000. Mikes was $1800 with a brand new skin. It was at another Chandler auto body shop that was the worst experience---a living nightmare with zero customer service, in fact, the owner was rude and rigid. Life happens, new jobs, working in different areas for 5 months on and off. 2016 Lexus es300h Brought it in last week and had it back in two (2) yes two days. Great work, looks like new and even came in under original quote. We will bring all of our paint and body work to these guys. Next 2013 Dodge Durango front passenger fender, and some passenger rear quarter panel work. Quote was very reasonable and out of pocket for us. Oh man. If I can could have given half a star I would. This place is a mess. Steven doesn't know his head from his ass. Left my car there for almost two weeks to get some small things fixed. Keep calling everyday, "doesn't know when it will be out". Asked him how long is it gonna take? He says i don't know even though he owns the shop. I highly recommend anyone reading this to go elsewhere. The price is alright but for the time it takes, it is definitely not worth your time. read more

I contracted for a refinished left mirror cover including clear coat, a cleaned and polished right mirror cover, a repaired rear bumper cover and polished out scratch on the right sliding door. The right cleaned and polished mirror cover and the rear bumper cover were accomplished. That work was good. The left mirror cover and the door were not done. I called and was given a time to bring it in to complete the work. The brother (Chris) was not there and the other brother (Stephen) had no interest in helping. He said call Chris later. I did call later and left a message but there was no response. Again, the work that was completed was done well. read more

Absolutely amazing service! I was working on my radiator for my car and messed with the hood latches. Well then I found myself with a hood that was stuck shut! Mike got me in and out the same day, and he worked on this thing for 2 and half hours, and only charged me for an hour. It was about ready to be a lost cause and I would have to have broken into the hood and possibly damaged stuff, but thankfully he got it all working again! Now the hood is good as new! Also, I showed him Apple Pay to boot and his card reader has it, so grab your iPhones people :-p. read more

Mikes Body shop has been around since I moved here in 1994. While it has been sold a few times (to other family members) it's a traditional body shop in that they will find after market or used parts to try and save you money. If you're using insurance, they will buy new as per insurance company policy. I've mainly used them for paint, and they always color match perfectly. Sadly, I've taken 5 vehicles to them in the past 15 years for painting bumper scratches, replace moldings or repair a quarter panel. I found this place by searching on Yelp and it is truly a diamond in the rough. Like the other reviews said, do not judge a book by the cover. The workers were all very, very nice and they did an amazing job for me. They even touched up a few areas of my paints that they didnt charge me for because they are just fantastic guys. They gave me a good deal, did a fantastic job, drove me to the car rental place, I just cannot say enough. Great place. I went to the shop in hope of not paying $500+ to dealership for replacing the tailgate spoiler of my Acura. I asked for a quote on Yelp and Chris responded back quickly. I went the same day and he assured me that he could fix it by putting just the clips. The work was completed in 15 minutes after the clips were received from dealer and i paid 10% of the cost i had estimated based on what dealer said. absolutely no stars at all. my sister brought her car here and was told where to park it until the mechanic can get to it. a day later, we get a call saying to come move the car because its in someone else's parking space, only to get there 15 minutes later and the car is gone. one guy says the car is still here then flips and says its gone amd gets totally unprofessional and belligerent when asked why he would tell us to park the car somewhere that he knows it shouldn't have been parked. now we find out that there's actually 3 auto shops in one building that clearly says "mike's body shop" on the front, and each take claim to a portion of the lot. no one can tell us where the car was towed. the building owner is unaware that a car was even towed from the property today. i'm starting to wonder if its a chop shop being ran at this place too, since they have so much going on. read more
