    I have used the services of Touch-Up Pro in the past, and needed to use them again. I had a nasty scrape and crack on the passenger-side bumper and quarter panel. After contacting Annie (texts and emails) in the office, and then taking my car to their shop in Mesa, I was able to receive an estimate from Gabriel on the spot. The estimate is probably at least a third of what a body shop would charge. Rebecca (in the office) was able to schedule the at-home repair for the following week. Annie and Rebecca and Gabriel were all a joy to deal with. Shawn was my tech who repaired the scrapes and crack in my car, and he did such a great job! It only took about 2 1/2 hours, and we had some great conversations while he was working. You CANNOT tell that there was ever any damage to my car, it looks like new where it was repaired! Thank you, Shawn! You absolutely cannot go wrong with scheduling your body repair/touch-up with Touch-Up Pro!!! What a convenience to have the work done at your home, for a fraction of the cost, and with amazing and professional results.

    I had bodywork done on my Honda Passport by Touch up Pro and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. We had significant scrapes and deeper damage on the right front bumper, and the technician did an outstanding job with the paint and repair. When the work was finished, it honestly looked like nothing had ever happened to the vehicle. The entire process was easy and straightforward, the quote was fair and affordable, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. What really stood out to me is that they stand behind their work for as long as you own the vehicle, which says a lot about their confidence and professionalism. I didn't catch the name of the technician who helped us, but they did phenomenal work. I will absolutely be using Touch up Pro again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing quality body and paint repair.

    I recently had the front and rear bumpers repainted on my Lexus SC430. I have avoided having this done for a while in fear that I would be disappointed in the work. I have an unfortunate ability to see every flaw in paintwork. The bumpers turned out perfect. The color matches perfect and it's a pearlescent paint. It reflects light the same. The finish matches perfect and there are no paint lines. It looks like it is straight off of the show room floor. I would highly recommend Touch Up Pro if you want perfection!

    I just love Touch Up Pro so much! This is my second time using them and I only have great things to say. These people are incredible. I called them on Monday about a huge scratch I made along with a crack in my tail light for backing up into the side of the garage. They said I'd have to go to Mesa and drop it for 5 days and when I said that wouldn't work for me, they checked into availability and said they could come out to my work and instead do it in one full day, 8am-5pm for the SAME COST! They were able to schedule me for that same week on Friday. They came today and it took him from only 8am-11:30am. I didn't have to take off work and my car looks brand new for a reasonable cost. These guys are the best and I'd only reccomend them for anything you need done. SUCH a time saver for them to come to you. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 for touch ups.

    The quality and timeliness of the work were good, but the company's accountability and customer…read moreservice were disappointing. While my RV was being serviced, the battery disconnect switch was left in the "on" position, which caused the battery to die. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. One employee even apologized and acknowledged that the switch should have been turned off. However, the service advisor made no effort to correct the issue after it was confirmed that the battery would no longer hold a charge. Instead, she offered to sell me a replacement battery and still charge me labor for the installation. She also stated that I was lucky she was not charging me simply to test the battery, because according to her, the company charges for everything -- even basic battery testing. We spent a lot of money on our repairs so it is really disappointing that they could not offer any solutions for their mistake. In the end, it is not right that they made the mistake of leaving the switch on, and I was expected to pay the full cost of a battery and the "labor" to fix it. (For those that are wondering, the batteries health and performance were great when I brought it in). In the end, the experience left me with little confidence in the company's accountability or commitment to customer service.

    Do not buy from these sheisters. We were relocating to California for work in January of '25…read more Rather than pay 5k a month to rent a house we bought a used 2017 Fleetwood Bounder from C.W. For starters when we bought the unit the salesman agreed to replace the toilet with a new elongated one and fix various pieces of trim that were damaged. We waited a few weeks to pick it up so they could take care of things and so they could give it a good cleaning and check everything was in order and working properly. The morning we went to pick it up they made is wait an hour just to be seen and we had an appointment, nothing had been done. The made apologies and excuses, they were literally were still cleaning it. They did give a small discount. But not enough for our time and aggregation. The finance guy was relentless about selling us an extended warranty that i didn't want. It was going to be parked at an rv resort for the coming year plus. He talked me into it. We got to California in late January the front room heater needed service, the extended warranty didn't cover it. Fast forward to February of '26 we took it back to C.W. to sell for us at 1/2 the price we purchased it for a little more than a year prior. They got a customer interested but were told we needed to pay C.W. about $3500 for repairs that were things that were in the same condition as when we bought it, they supposedly had gone over the unit prior to our purchase. The buyer backed out after I paid for repairs so C.W. bought it from us but for $4000 less than they said they could sell it for. When we bought it there were plenty of bad Youtube videos warning us not to buy from C.W. I wish I had listened to the warnings.
