At the time, he was extremely apologetic, and I was understanding because accidents can happen. He took photos of the damage and assured both me and the staff at the motorcycle shop that he would take care of the repairs. What was disappointing was what happened afterward. Neither I nor the shop ever heard from him again. It became clear that he had blocked both my phone number and the shop's number. We confirmed this when a shop employee called from a different number and the driver answered. According to the employee, he became hostile, used profanity, and stated that he would not be paying for any of the damages because he claimed it was not his fault. As a result, I was forced to involve my insurance company to address the damage to my motorcycle. It's unfortunate because the experience started off positively, but the lack of accountability and communication afterward was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy towing service.

She called for this service at 830pm and was told it would take 30-40 minutes for him to arrive. The insurance company she was communicating with, who was also pretty disappointing, kept telling us 20 minutes every hour that we called wondering where the guy was. Around midnight, just when we were about to give up and cancel the request, the driver called her phone and asked how to get to our location. Are you kidding me?! We waited 3 hours in a parking lot and you are just now asking for directions?! Anyway, he arrived at 1215am and reeked of weed. Tried to say the last request took longer than he thought...
