Brought it into Premier Auto and Omar quickly assessed the issue. He said the issues would be covered under warranty from the last repair. Like many have complained about dishonest auto repair shops, we could have been told anything and charged accordingly. Omar said it was all good and ordered the parts on the spot and told us the car would be ready in a few hours, NO CHARGE. When we picked up the car, he explained the issues and told us straight up, we might have about a year, probably less before old Ravy would be put to pasture. He even threw in an extra part for free. Then advised us on which cars would benefit in the long run and how to negotiate. You looking for an HONEST repair shop, Premier Auto in Spring Valley is the place to go. No worries about shotty jobs or upsell. When we left, he said "I hope I don't see you again for repairs". I wish my doctor, dentist, or even the tax man would say that....Go see Omar. Estimate was just the right amount and the staff was great and really know what customer service is. I got my car earlier than the estimated finish date and i was glad i went to Duggan's for the repair because they made my car look like as if the dent and deep paint-off scratches wasn't there at all.
