When I called to make the appointment for my mother they don't mention their is a $75.00 consult fee. Of coarse till you are there, That's not right they should tell people before. I had a horrible experience at dr. sanchez office on 10/23/2013, I had a consultation to for dr. sanchez to see about this ganglion cyst on my right wrist, Dr. Sanchez never numb my wrist to remove fluid from the cyst!!!! What a painful experience he stuck the needle into wrist for about 1 minute, I felt the needle inside as he was applying pressure. The nurse was so un-professional, her comments to me were, " Men are just big cry babies when it comes to needles, they can't handle a little pain!!!!! Really!!! She laughed as if it nothing, she mentioned by saying she can believe how men being men are not tough enough.!! Try pulling a tooth without being numbed lady!!! Office is very un-professional, and when it came to paying the manager said wanted to charge more!!! I told her that the Dr said it was going to be a certain amount. Not going back to that office.... I have been a patient of Alejandro M. Sanchez on and off for the past year. My issue is still not resolved. When I have asked the doctor to clarify questions about specific procedures, he is short with his responses and reiterates that he has explained this to me before. I usually wait for about a hour and sometimes two after my appointment time. The prices of procedures are sketchy, they lower and raise prices depending on the person and emotion. I asked the receptionist if there were set prices for the procedures performed and she said no. I am dissatisfied with the service I have received. I would not recommend this professional. read more

Dr. Sanchez is rude and demeans his staff in front of his patients. No wonder the office staff turn over is high. He yells, screams at his staff. I was referred to him by my HMO primary doctor. I would not even recommend my enemy to see him. I will most definitely not return to his office. If no stars was possible, I'd not give him any. I had breastfeeding augmentation done and was referred to him by my insurance. I assumed insurance companies refer high quality individuals. Apparently not! Before the procedure was done, Dr. marked for the surgery. I asked him if it looked off centered to him ( he stood on the right of me while marking), he held out the marker and said, "if you know so much, you do it." I wish I had followed my gut and never returned. He closed the tissue with staples. Please, read up on this; there are so many methods that don't cause such awful scares. While changing the bandages, I was crying because he was rubbing Neosporin over the staples with a Q-tip causing the staples to move back and forth. So painful. While he was bandaging me back up, he slapped the first stupid on, exhaling deeply, and rolling his eyes. When I looked up at the attending nurse, she looked as shocked as I did. I told my husband that I would not go back into the exam room alone again. Lucky for me, he left on vacation. The nurses took great care of me while he was gone. However, before he left, I prescribed a different antibiotic because my wounds were quite pussy. I was diligent about maintaining cleanliness and taking the antibiotics, but it kept getting worse. When he began removing my staples after his vacation, he was very rough and kept blaming me that my wounds were getting worse. This was nor just a one time thing. The night before my last staple removal, I counted how many I had left. When I removed all but one, I asked about the last one. He insisted he had removed them all. I mentioned that the night before I had seen it. Standing on the opposite side from the last staple, he yanked my breast hard to look for the staple. Then, without pinching to release the staple, he yanked the staple out tearing my skin and scabs. I just cried. He told me I could return to work every though my puss was seeping through pads every hour. The nurses always said to call if I had any issues. I finally called once my incisions began looking like green hamburger. He began yelling at me on the phone fir bothering him and he hung up on me. I had never been so shaken in my life. I went to a coworker to inquire if she could drive me to my primary doctor. As we were making plans, I received a call from a woman, I lady found out was his wife, who said, I must come into his office immediately that we had to be there in 15 minutes. I pointed out that he hung up on me. She said, "No, he got disconnected." I me told her of my preference to go to my PCP. She said, "You have to come now for your insurance to cover it." I asked my coworker to stay with me, but they wouldn't let her in when I arrived. He told me he had to put in sutures, so he'd have to numb me. He began to suture the green hamburger of a wound asking me to tell him if I could feel anything. The lady stick he made, I said, "Stpp, I can feel that." He poked it all the way through, and replied, "Of couse you can. That's the edge of where I numbed it." I went home and called my insurance to file a complaint. They asked if I was refusing service from him fir the rest of my care. I absolutely said yes! The next morning I went to my primary doctor, she took one look at me, and asked if Dr Sanchez had done a culture. I confirmed that he did not. She said it looked like MRSA, and to stop taking all the different antibiotics and ointments. She prescribed something for MRSA and told about a better ointment. She took pictures to document for my insurance and she personally wrote them about my case. His demeaning comments make a sane person feel like they are losing their mind, and under his care... In the end, I have a botched breast augmentation that is lopsided, have really bad scars from the staples and where I had the MRSA infection, and a warning to please, Please, PLEASE ask your insurance for anyone else but Dr. Alejandro Sanchez. I told my insurance company that I don't sue, but I would be willing to testify to these facts. read more

If it were up to me, he doesn't deseve any stars!! I had tears in my eyes reading all the terrible testimonies that this so called Dr preformed on other women and to realize I went thru HELL with him SO many times! My nightmare began in 2007 I Must of been totally insane going back to him over and over again since!!! I also suffered from his incompetence, lack of professional etiquette, inconsideration and not to mention the VERY RUDE way he always treated his employees and patients. I underwent many scar revisions after my abdominal plasty and hernia revisions and each time the result was worst. My scar was very dark thick and my hair line was so high that I always had to tuck in my shirt because it would show. My belly button was popped out and very dark and the upper part of my abdomen was so bloated, I looked and felt awful. I had sutures that I felt through my skin. Due to the many surgeries I got staff infection! Probably because the surgury room was not very clean. I was on intravenous and oral antibiotics for over two months. That was not the end of my nightmare... The day before my last surgery "Margie" the Dr's wife said " BETWEEN YOU AND ME, THE DR IS VERY OLD AND TIRED AND HE WANTS TO RETIRE" who would make this comment knowing everything I WAS going thru..I know she'll deny ever saying this. But she knows I telling the truth! To add to my disgrace, I also had a very bad infection in one of my breast implants. I had a lot of drainage Dr had to insert a drainage pump and that did not help. The infection was very bad it was Staff infection. I had to go and have the implant removed because the infection would not clear. I was without one implant for 3 months. During this terrible time I was on so many antibiotics. FINALLY I went to a very professional Dr in Pasedena CA He did a fantastic job he knew the horrid experience and results I had. He fixed all the garbage this creepy Dr did....I have a very nice flat stomach now, my my belly button is cute and small and my scar is very low and is so thin I can't even see it. My NEW and wonderful Dr put a mesh to hold my hernia and it strengthen my abdominal wall. It's been three years since my redo surgery and I love my body! I FINALLY have the results and body I wanted 9 years ago. My new Dr was " HEAVEN SENT" he is a perfectionist, he's young and most important...he is very, very polite, considerate and courteous! UNLIKE THIS HORRIBLE MAN!!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE read and share with anyone who Is thinking of having any procedure done with this MAN!!! También me operó los pechos y sufrí con una treible infección (staf) con muchas semanas tomando antibióticos decidió el Dr sacarme el implante por 3 meses. Un día antes de la última última cirugía la esposa del DR. Margie, me dijo, "entre tu y yo...el Dr. YA ESTÁ MUY VIEJO Y CANSADO Y YA SE QUIERE RETIRAR!" No rntiendo porque se le ocurrió decirme eso! Yo se que ella JAMAS va admitir que hizo este comentario pero ella sabe que NO estoy MINTIENDO! First thing i noticed was he had urine on his pants and his lab coat sleeves were filthy. Bed side manner could use some work. After investigating, i found out he should not be doing surgery any more as he is so tired he has to sit mid surgery and eat because he has low blood sugar. My mother was there since March 2015 for a tummy tuck and a week ago she went for her second one, because the stupid doctor didn't do he job the first time. He has charged my mom for a job he supposed to do the first time. I REALLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!! Go with somebody else! I know his prices are cheap but so is his work. The implants were placed unevenly, the tummy tuck tore and required draining of blood, scar on tummy tuck not even and it didn't extend as far as he should have so it created muffin tops.
