10/10 experience at his office today. My first impression was "Wow - this office is stunning!" It seemed like they had some kind of noise machine going which I liked as it was a relaxing sound. The office is calming, comfortable, bright, and has neat artwork on the walls. The pieces look like they were maybe custom -def not your typical boring medical office artwork. Def gives the office a personal touch. Yvette got me ready for my lip fillers. She was professional, kind, and welcoming. The front desk was very friendly but disorganized. I waited in a room the size of a closet in an uncomfortable chair with the sun beating in on me for an hour. The front desk asked me where I wanted Xeomin but had purchased Botox ahead of my visit. Not a huge deal breaker BUT she asked where I wanted it and I stated 3 different areas. When Dr finally got to me he only injected me in one area and didn't even ask me ahead which area I wanted it. I asked about that and he was ready to charge me for more but I was already unhappy with my experience so I said no TY. The number of units I had purchased ahead should've been enough for 3 areas. Now I have wrinkly eyelids because of how he injected and only did it in 1 area rather than spreading the units across 3 areas or at least 2. I'll go elsewhere to get fixed as I do not care to relive the whole experience. I wasn't even going to write a review and just never return but I was barely home a few hours after the appointment and someone called pushing for me to review when there hadn't even been enough time to pass to see how it was going to look.
