I can't say enough good things about these guys! I brought my truck in after constantly having…read moreproblems with my front differential. Every time I'd take it out to the dunes and drive through the sand to get my camper where I wanted it, the front differential would end up cracking or failing. Brett and Kev took the time to diagnose the real issue and came up with a permanent solution. They fabricated a custom bracket to reinforce the front differential, making it much stronger, and also re-geared both the front and rear differentials. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because I'd had so many failures in the past, but after taking it back out to the dunes and putting it through some hard driving in the sand, it performed flawlessly. The difference is incredible. My truck feels stronger, more capable, and gives me the confidence to drive it the way I always wanted to. Marcial Auto Repair in Porterville is by far one of the most unprofessional and careless shops I've…read moredealt with. They spray-painted engine parts and labeled them as "new" without actually rebuilding anything. The heads were never machined or glass-blasted, and they reused old parts in what was supposed to be a full rebuild. When reassembling the motor, they used incorrect parts and bolts with stripped threads. After reinstalling the engine, it failed in less than two weeks--lifters were damaged, it was burning oil excessively, and the mechanic excused it by claiming it's "normal for a hot motor." To make matters worse, he accidentally cracked my windshield during the job and told me to just deduct it from the balance I owed--no apology, no accountability. Do not trust your vehicle with Marcial Auto Repair. Their work is sloppy, their parts are questionable, and the mechanic takes no responsibility for the poor quality of his service.

Long story short NOBODY had a rim that fit, and no welder was available that day. We thought we may be spending a weekend or more waiting for repairs. Art and Big Brand Tire was the ONLY facility that helped us. While he couldn't replace the rim that day Art went out of his way to give us a temporary fix that would get us safely back home. While it wasn't the weekend trip we imagined, we were able to travel safely.
