They were also willing to hold the car a few days for us to make arrangements to get it picked up and even helped get the stereo out of the car for my son free of charge. I really appreciate all their help and will definitely be taking my other cars to them for service. So I haven't taken my cars back since my last review because the quoted I got from these guys ended up being pretty pricey and for work that didn't necessarily need to be done. After a google search I saw good reviews for TLD and thought I give them a try because Toyota dealership quoted me the cost of my car to replace the battery. I took my Prius in and Dan really impressed me, Dan knows his Toyotas like the back of his hand and he is so passionate about what he does. Dan takes pride in his work and does VERY thorough job.
