Sprinkler Rx had left a business card in a bag on our driveway so we called to see what they could do. John and Josh showed up on time and in a matter of minutes they had identified the problem and resolved the issue. Upon running the zone now that it was fixed they noticed a few sprinklers that were in need of replacing. We discussed their replacing the sprinklers for me with the same brand and model of sprinkler I was currently using, and came to an agreement to have that work done as well. 2 days later John and Nate returned on time again and immediately went to work replacing the bad sprinkler heads. Once replaced, they ran the zone and adjusted and balanced all the heads to ensure proper coverage and eliminating unneeded over spray. John, Josh, and Nate were extremely polite, and very professional. Their knowledge and expertise put the other sprinkler companies to shame; and their workmanship and clean up were in a word perfect. I bought my house about two years ago and never got the previous owner to show me how to use my…read moresprinkler system but I knew I had one. After a little too much time, spent hand watering I decided that it was time to just buck up and get a professional to come help. I had called Johnny initially, and he did tell me that his rate was $150 hourly. I wasn't sure if that was high, but it seemed kind of high so I didn't call back right away. However, I had a conversation with my neighbor across the street who gave me the number of someone who would come and worked on her system and said that he was really great. Ironically it was Sunset. So I figured that might as well pay a little more than I wanted to know that whoever came was good at what they do. Referrals are everything. I called Johnny and he was able to get me in rather quickly. He actually ended up coming a day earlier than we had planned because he had some extra time and it worked for me. He was able to figure out my system really quickly and spent the time to show me how to program it and make sure it's working. He also told me to call back in the winter that he could chop down a pesky tree that I would love to remove from my front yard. Overall, he was very personable, and definitely seem to know what he was doing. While his prices were exactly what I had budgeted for I would so much rather pay a professional who knows what they're doing then go cheap and end up with bigger problems than I started with. I had two years to figure out the system and never could but he was able to in five minutes. I am so looking forward to not having to worry about hand watering in the mornings anymore. I'm also very lucky that the system I had was actually working and there were no additional issues to deal with.

Wow...so these guys and gal completely bailed me out. I woke up this am, early to check on some…read moregrass/seeding repair areas in my front lawn. I heard something strange coming from my main valve, water, area, and lo and behold... The bonnet Had ruptured and was leaking water...Oh boy! So... after calling, just Sprinklers for a little assistance... Since no one else was open... They pointed me towards a supplier in Albuquerque to go buy the correct replacement part. After returning with the correct replacement part... I soon discovered that the broken bonnet had lodged itself in the female side of my plumbing, and I was terrified to go after it to pull it out... For fear of ruining the existing plumbing assembly. That said, I called just Sprinklers back, and I was handed over to the very knowledgeable young lady... Who walked me through on how to remove the broken bonnet without damaging my existing plumbing assembly. 30 seconds later, I was screwing in the new bonnet into the assembly and everything was back up and running. What a great learning experience this was. Keep in mind they could've just sent somebody out and build me a couple of hundred bucks to do this themselves... But they took the initiative to walk me through this correctly over the phone... Do you think I'm gonna call them down the road for help?? Absolutely... 100%... Now this was customer service. I wish I could remember the young ladies name but boy she was helpful and knowledgeable and confident... It's so nice dealing with someone like that when you need help... Thank you...
