I also paid additional for dish washing. The dishes were done poorly and I had to rewash everything. I recommended them to a friend and they had the same experience in regards to lack of attention to detail. It ended up being a more stressful experience double checking work vs this taking something off my plate. Overall, the services overall are just okay.

Two show up late, and the third arrives nearly 2 hours later. One of the cleaners who showed up on time spent a good amount of time on her cell phone. The owner waived one of the hours worked but there were many areas missed. This was a scheduled "move in deep clean", I was thoroughly disappointed for $325. She offered to come back to look at the missed areas but then stood me up, claiming to have texted the wrong number and never attempted to reschedule. Very disappointed in the service and follow-up. Would not recommend.

Other companies had suggested that I needed to replace my floor and two said to pull out my entire cabinet. The owner of SOS, Mark came out and took out the cabinet shelf under my sink and disposed of it due to mold on the underside and cleaned the mold that was left. He also moved my dishwasher out and cut a piece of the floor under it to inspect for mold but found none. On my unfinished basement ceiling, he wiped the parts that had been wet with a solution and inspected the ceiling for mold. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was professional, friendly and honest and I would call his company first if I ever had a problem with water cleanup or mold clean up. They are very reasonably priced too.
