Michelle the owner, is very patient and goes to great lengths to explain the processes involved before and during the glass blowing. You can tell Michelle enjoys glass blowing and that passion makes the class even better. Quinn was very helpful and answered a lot of questions I had about glass blowing. I highly recommend this experience. There are all sorts of items you can make, from ornaments, snowmen, pumpkins, glasses and more. Thank you Michele and Quinn for a great experience! The service is abysmal! I took my longarm in for repair; after 7 months, I picked it up without it…read morebeing repaired. When I got home, I realized there were several missing parts: presser foot and needle, encoders, and power cord for encoders. After being assured by the owner many times that they would be mailed to me, which never happened, I now find that they are out of business. No wonder! I was told lie after lie about the part being ordered, and then about the missing parts being mailed to me. Interestingly, the part that was supposedly needed turned out NOT to be the problem. Another shop repaired it, and I had to purchase replacements for the parts that the Sewing Shop lost or misplaced! Now that they are no longer in business, at least no other customers will experience what I have experienced. No star at all for this shop!
